Matt H & Simon L were lovely with my Mum
Matt H & Simon L were lovely, and fitted the bath lift for my parents, I did have confidence in them, and the chap who came originally to demonstrate the bath lift to my mum,whose name I can’t recall. She does have dementia but they were all very patient and took the time to explain everything. I did quite a bit of research and was reassured by previous reviews and the fact that they are a which trusted trader. The only negative is the cost which I think is rather expensive for what it is . I’ve waited 2 months to review to see how mum is getting on. So far so good , although she does sometimes come off the belt once she’s lowered herself , but I think that’s more related to my Mums dementia , but it’s there to help my dad should she not be able to get out, and it does do this. The only other thing is that mum will repeatedly unravel the hand held control , which the installers wrapped around the control set to stop it going in the water .but a cable tie resolved that issue .overall we are happy with the product and would recommend

Professional and Customer Focused from Start to Finish
From initial query to installation it was a very positive and professional service.The installation team of Ionut and Dean were courteous, professional and efficient, nothing was to much trouble for them and they left the work area clean and tidy. Everything went as you would expect it to from a skilled organisation. Cannot rate them highly enough.

Ian and Dean turned up at the time they…
Ian and Dean turned up at the time they told us.They were very efficient, even filled the holes in the existing tiles that we had to take hand rail down. They explained everything really well,including the battery chatging.couldn't have been more happy.

I had the bath lift installed on Monday 16th of June by Stuart & Martin. They were absolutely brilliant. Very friendly, clean & efficient. They explained how to operate it very clearly. I would recommend the product to anyone. Yours Truly Fay Blackwell.

Will, Dan and Ian
The employees I met, Will who demonstrated the equipment and later Ian and Dan, who installed the equipment were knowledgable and answered all my questions. Ian and Dan demonstrated, once the equipment was installed, how to enter the bath and lower the seat.
The staff I met were polite, helpful and took care that I understood each step. I also phoned the office as well and they were quick to deal with my query. Very pleased to deal with this company.

Excellent demonstration
An excellent demonstration today by Paul. Everything was explained to us before the demonstration started, then we hot to have a turn to see hiw it felt to use the lift. Paul was very patient with us and there was no rushing. He was able to provide us with the prices so we have all the Information we need to make an informed decision.

give me any idea of cost. They wanted to send someone to the house before they would give me a price. ( Hard sale technique?).

With our dry home demonstration, there is no obligation to purchase and our team would never recommend our product if we don't believe it would benefit your individual needs.

Please read this review before considering this company, especially vulnerable people
In response to Easy to Bathes reply; how are you able to conduct a review when no details are here for you to do so? Sadly, this just shows, again, the levels of deception within your company and total lack of accountability. Im happy to send proof of solicitors receiving payment from yourselves to anyone who would like to know who they may be dealing with, when purchasing from this company. After faulty instilation of bath lift from Easy 2 Bathe which led to serious safety issues and bath lift bring ripped from the wall, taking some of said wall with it, Easy to bath tried to wash their hands of any responsibility, leaving no useable bath lift and a gapping hole in the wall. They were aware that just after this had happened my husband also, very sadly passed away. Whilst trying to deal with grieving and getting through, I had to then work hard and instruct solicitors to fight this case. Easy 2 Bathe showed no responsibility or compassion throughout. I won, they paid to rectify the damage they had caused, they had to, amounting to nearly £2,000 to, but they were truly awful to deal with. Cold, dismissing, no care, compassion or responsibility taken. Please protect yourself, don't deal with companies like this.

Dan and Dean came today to fit a new belt and even though they came across problems, not of their own making, they persevered and did an excellent job!
They were friendly, polite and cleaned up afterwards.
They gave helpful advice and instructions.. and that was after leaving at an unearthly hour this morning!!

Non working bath lift
Our bath lift developed a fault and the company sent out 2 maintenance engineers,Jackie & Geordie who found and fixed the problem our special thanks to them nothing was too much trouble ,they are very pleasant and considering the they had travelled approx 100 miles( we live in Scotland) and after finishing the job ( 6 pm) they had to travel home!
