They'll side with the scamming companies. Ecogra will pretend that they want to help, won't be in touch for months and then contact you to state that they have closed the case.

In my case, they insisted that I hadn't forwarded documents on to Unibet. I have evidence that I did this 7 months ago, and a month later Unibet advised me to go to Ecogra. I've waited 6 months for a verdict, only for Ecogra to provide me with blatant lies, despite my evidence to the contrary.

Unfortunately my experience seems to be of a similar tone to the majority of others. Do not use them, seek your own legal representation. I certainly will be now!

I sent a dispute into your company as jackpot village had VERIFIED my account and then When I won they closed my account and wouldn’t return my $5,000 and the $800 I had left to play so I put in a dispute with yous waited then I finally herd they had sent in the information and we had to wait when it came back the decision was in their favour the reason they said I didn’t meet minium verification and that there were discrepancies in my documents and they didn’t have to share

Firstly, eCogra didn't read my complaint properly, so their outcome was incorrect & invalid (they didn't address my ACTUAL complaint!!).

I contacted eCogra for their help because PADDY POWER DIDN'T PAY ME OUT.

I have an eye witness that seen my win & I have proof that Paddy Power's game glitched (by their own admittance).

Paddy Power lied - telling me I won zero on their 'spin the wheel' - even though I have a screenshot of the wheel (which I spun) and there's clearly NO ZERO ON THE WHEEL. How could I have landed on a number that wasn't actually there???

eCogra stated (in their outcome), that Paddy Power admitted, in THEIR WORDS "I may have won that amount" - and yet eCogra STILL ruled in favour of Paddy Power???? ABSOLUTE JOKE!
