Not Very Neutral - Will Support Gambling Site in Disputes
eCOGRA claims to be an independent regulatory body for the online gambling industry.
However, because of the way it assesses cases, it will always support the Gambling Sites, to the disadvantage of their customers.
eCOGRA only care about Terms & Conditions (T&Cs), they don't take any other evidence into consideration.
So, if the Gambling site states in their T&Cs that they have the right to withhold any winnings, then eCOGRA will always come down on their side.
Not very neutral.
