Useless organization

I do not see the point of this organization.

PokerStars froze my account and asked for card statement showing my name, card number (excluding middle numbers) and my address. I use Binance VISA card and Binance does not give any statement with such details in one document. Despite that PokerStars still ask for such statement and eCOGRA says it is okay what they ask.

What is the point of this organization if they say it is okay to ask for a document, which is impossible to get???

Well all these reviews were right absolute waste of time... wouldn't even give one star. They took my dispute on 7th of August 2022 emailed me to say it had gone over to UNIBET.. apparently they have 90 days to resolve.... however on day 66 Unibet inform me that they havnt even received the dispute... 4 emails and 2 emails to there complaints department totally ignored so I contact UKGC who advised they would intervene after the 90 days.. so I forward there email to Ecogra and all of a sudden they respond with there working on it... day 77 and guess what they agree with the operator. CORRUPT is a understatement... UNIBET owe me 15820 pound complaint closed and they suggest I take them to court..
Total waste of time never had any intention of even dealing with it they were always going to side with the operator
Don't even bother wasting your time 💯

Seroiously, what is the value here

How can an orgainsation like this exist. With the amount of money in gambling and the "talk" of protecting players. This organisation as stated by many other reviews, shows they are looking after their own.

The company LVbet.com stated I had two accounts. Which is correct, but one was opened when I was not in the UK and not by me. I showed e-Cogra all this evidence. They sided with the LVbet.com and stated they could keep my orginal deposit of £5k and the winnings also of £5.3k. They dont respond to emails or calls. Their responses feels like they do not read any emails, read the evidence put forward or indeed any calls.

The industry is tbh a disgrace and these "fake" safeguards just mask how digusting they really are.

Lastly, no useful information if you do happen to lose how to take further.

shocking unethical service

Ecogra only needed to ask for live chat transcripts to rule in my favour thus having something in writing that would back up my claim that a company called Monster Casino scammed me but instead of doing their job they are now refusing to answer any more of my emails....disgusting and totally biased in favour of the operator who should have their license removed.

Complaint gone in to Ecogra. Acknowledgement received that they had contacted UNIBET, however i have sent loads of emails to Ecogra and now there ignoring me. UNIBET owe me £17000 and are refusing to pay me. They have changed there story twice on why they won't pay me. I am beyond shocked how these casino are getting away with there behaviour and treatment of there customers. Dont suppose anyone knows how to complain about Ecogra tried there complaint system they still don't respond.
HELP !!!

Absolute disgrace.

After siding with 10bet and not paying out my 2.6k they have told me they would provide evidence to back their decision and 12 weeks later still nothing.

Still waiting and emailing weekly to absolutely no reply.

So they basically decided to back 10bet without any evidence what so ever and are refusing to explain how and why they chose not to pay me out.

I'm emailing every week and not getting a single response back, anyone any idea how I can take this further? 10bet didn't have an issue with me depositing countless times yet when I win they decide to close my account and not pay out.

I have submitted a dispute through…

I have submitted a dispute through Ecogra over 2 months ago. I was told they have tech issue with forms and they will let me know as soon as it's fixed. After one month they got back to me and asked to resubmit the dispute form. I submitted a new form again and provided evidence however been over one month still didn't get any follow up. I sent 2 emails as per their policy to follow at least every 30 days and the never responded to my email same thing with online Casino. After I saw all the reviews I was surprised by the number of people complaining and telling that Ecogra is not different from those fraud Casinos. I disputed over 16k and after spending all this amount I got a bounce over 24k the Casino didn't count my winning and refuse to pay me back/respond to emails. Not sure what I have to do but looking to hire a lawyer to follow up with Twin casino and Ecogra even if have to spend over the amount I'm disputing

Not Responding

Emailed Ecogra as advised by virgin bet as part of there 3 step complaints procedure.
It's nearly been 4 weeks since I first contacted Ecogra and I've received no response whatsoever.
I've now sent 3 emails in total and all 3 have been ignored, I would of atleast expected them to contact me saying they have received my complaint and advised me of an expected timescale they work on.

I’ve recently had an encounter with eCOGRA, and I’m really struggling to see why they exist??? As usual these days another third rate casino is refusing to pay me out (All British Casino) I used Resolver who told me that eCOGRA was the best thing since sliced bread! And after they stepped in their answer was to deal with the casino directly (which is what I have been doing for nearly 3 months!) they then crawled back into their hole. So as I said I don’t see why this useless outfit is operating???

Not sure for the real money casino , but as far as the WSOP app is concerned, they are in on the rip off. There is NO WAY ANYONE could find that the dealing there is legit or random. Yesterday I got beat by 4 different people catching quads in all 4 Hands in a row.

Made a complaint about an online gambling company confiscating my winnings.

Now I understand that you might not win but eCogra didn't even read my complaint. In their report they refer to me as 'Mr' and 'Him' despite me being a woman and confirming that when I made the complaint.

eCogra sided with the operator without even reading my submission.

i agree with the gentleman about wsop! that app is a joke along with ecogra they constantly show this certificate like armed robbers and get support from another fraudulent company. why does the federal government not get involved? its a form of racketeering they would go after the mafia and this is even BIGGER!! find another app this one is far from honest.

A certification from this company means absolutely nothing. On playtika’s wsop game it is blatantly obvious that many aspects are far from random yet every month Ecogra renews their certification. Just look at the forums and Facebook page way too many people posting pics of absolutely impossible happenings. Things more improbable than winning big lottery jackpot. Not a certification that carries any merit whatsoever

Just another firm takeing tax payers money for doing nothing. I had a problem with potsofluck casino on line . I ask them to look into my promblem and why I was not getting my withdrawals paid . They did and said there is nothing they can do to help me and closed my complaint… I spoke to a solicitor and all he did was send the casino 1 Email within 48 hours I was paid .!!! So what the fuccc was this company doing ? They say the are specialists lol 😂 there phone is always on answering machine. They do not reply to the emails … I have now ask my solicitor to take action against them for miss information and as to why they closed my complaint… waist of time
