The Edinburgh Casting Studio Opiniones

These have been bought as Gifts for Christmas....
From the time I ordered to delivery was very quick and easy . The box it came in was damaged, though it did not effect the products inside which I was grateful for .... other than that I would give it a
5 * for experience .....

This is a present for a friend of mine so hasn’t been used as yet.
However last year 1 bought 3 for xmas presents. Very good quality items, fun to do, maybe outdoors, and a brilliant keepsake.
Delivery within 3 days. Online order easy to navigate

Omg this product is a must ❤️
Me and my daughter did it and were amazed with the outcome and it will last a lifetime 💖

Haven’t done our casting yet but all packaged well and instructions look clear.

Very please with this casting kit. I bought the eco kit less waste. The details of the hands is unbelievable. Definitely recommend. Customer service was excellent.

Made two hand casts with grandad & the girls for his birthday. They are beautiful & such a lovely keepsake. He is thrilled with them, so I think they were an excellent present

Bought this for a friend and her husband who has dementia … yet to give them .. I’ll be intrigued to hear if they manage to use the kit ok .. the finished result looks beautiful .. arrived promptly thank you

Wonderful and prompt service. Ordered a wedding gift and it was received within 48 hours. The couple absolutely loved it.
Would highly recommend!
Thank you so much

Arrived within 4/5 days. I have had one of these before which I did with my mum and was very successful. A great treasure to keep. This one is a gift for my daughter and son-in-laws first wedding anniversary.

Easy online purchase. Not used yet as was a gift for someone

Received my casting kit , have casted but yet to send for tidy , finish and paint.
Easy to do but you would need someone to help particularly if you are the one holding hands for the casting.
Looking forward to seeing the finished product in a few weeks time

Sarah at The Edinburgh Casting Studio went above and beyond to help me with a very special request. I reached out to ask if a gift note could be added to an order for a family going through an incredibly difficult time, and she responded with such kindness, compassion, and understanding.

Nothing was too much trouble, and she was more than happy to help make the surprise extra meaningful. It's so refreshing to receive such genuinely thoughtful customer service, especially when the product itself is all about preserving precious memories.

Thank you, Sarah, for helping create something that will mean so much to this family. Your care and generosity haven't gone unnoticed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Edinburgh Casting Studio x

The whole experience has been smooth and successful. Despite our trepidation we followed instructions and it was easier than we thought to produce a really good casting. It needed some professional finishing so we posted it to the casting studio, and they guided us through packing etc so it arrived in one piece. During the time they had it they kept in contact, even apologising when there was a slight delay due to staff illness. They must be inundated with customers but made us feel ours was receiving special care. It will return to us in a few days and judging by the photographs it looks amazing. I can't fault them, and if you want the mostunique, lovely memento this is where to go. Highly recommended.

Initial order got lost by courier. A replacement was provided in double quick time. Great product, great service!

Received quick and in perfect order , can’t wait to do it now

Great product, we managed no problem.
Make sure you’re prepped and read the instructions twice or it’s easy to miss the important steps.
Would do again without hesitation, thank you.

Good service

I did this with my mum who has dementia we loved the result and it was such fun to do. I will be getting more for Christmas presents. I would highly recommend this company

I can’t praise this company enough. I wanted a family cast for a lass with little time to spare. Sarah from the Edinburgh casting studio ensured it was sent overnight.
There will now be an everlasting reminder of a mum a dad and a little girl holding hands.
I can’t thank them enough.
