Dear Stephen,
Thanks so much for the feedback. I'm sorry that you weren't at home for the first delivery attempt and this caused some worry. We send all orders using a signed for service so they're not left on doorsteps and at risk of going missing.
I've checked the tracking and can see your order has now been successfully delivered. I hope you're happy with the kit once you've had the chance to use it.
If you have any further issues, please email us at hello@edinburghcasting.com

Stunning results - trust the process!
This really is such a beautiful idea. And so well designed that anyone can get perfect results. At a few points in the process I was sure I had messed up (alginate powder didn't combine easily with the water at first; felt there were too many air bubbles in the alginate; we probably took our hands out a bit too agressively...) But then I crumbled away the alginate to reveal the plaster and it was perfect! Captured so much fine detail. The cast is currently on the side drying and still uncanny to me to catch sight of it and totally recognise my partner's hand and his knuckles. Love it!
