I recently received a second hand doll’s house for my granddaughter, from a friend. It was flat packed but no instructions for re-assembling. I called ELC helpline and within minutes, Nadia had sent me a pdf with the assembly instructions. Thank you very much for your efficiency! Donna

Brilliant customer service. A gift of my baby broke and I didn’t have a gift receipt. It was her favourite gift and the ELC quickly offered and sent out a replacement. The email exchange was so quick - very impressed.

I requested a return for a toy I purchased online as my granddaughter received 2. The response was informative and prompt. I took the toy to a local The Entertainer store where staff were really helpful and friendly. The whole process was straightforward. Thank you

Bought a game and there was a piece missing. Emailed ELC with pictures and receipt. Had a new game sent to me a few days later. Very satisfied.

Unfortunately my item got lost in the delivery process, but I contacted Customer Services who were very friendly & efficient and they arranged a replacement with priority delivery

Amazing service. Sent pictures of broken hinge on post box toy and response was beyond expectation - a new post box arrived in the post with their complements.

Ordered a item online, charged but no confirmation email, product still in my online basket. No product arrived. Contacted the early learning center the matter was rectified quickly and a refund issued with 24hrs. Although the initial experience was poor when purchasing my product the customer service was brilliant.

Placed an online order 2 weeks ago, got an email confirmation of my order that day and didn't hear anything else after that. Contacted ELC today to see what was taking my order so long and they said oh it was returned to us a week ago becuase the packaging was damaged!!! When was I going to be made aware of this??? No order repackaged and sent out, no refund, no email updating me of this... Asked for my order to be sent back out again only to be told that a number of my items were now out of stock!! What happened to my items that were returned, why were they not sent back out to me?? And to top it all off they have just stopped communicating with me, so don't know if I'm getting the rest of my order or getting refunded.. Will not be ordering anything from ELC again, customer service is a joke !!
