Eine wunderbare Beratung

Die Dinge die man kaufen kann sind recht billig und auch die Beratung ist wunderbar. Mir wurden die guten und schlechten dingen erzählt die ich selbst nicht einmal wuste.

Absolute Nightmare – Zero Support & Stolen Money

I am beyond disappointed with my experience. I ordered an expensive item over a month ago, and it was lost by the shipping company. Despite this, the company has kept my money and refused to provide a refund.

The customer service is, quite literally, the worst I have ever encountered. I have spent over a month trying to resolve this, only to be met with total incompetence. To make matters worse, the staff actually hung up the phone on me and are now refusing to take my calls.

This level of unprofessional behavior is shocking. Since they refuse to communicate or return my funds, I am now forced to escalate this to the EU Consumer Protection Service.

Do not buy from this company. They will take your money, lose your package, and then block you from getting help. Avoid them at all costs.

Dear Sandro,

we strongly disagree with the statements made in your review and would like to clarify the facts for the sake of transparency.

Your shipment was reported as lost by the shipping provider. In order to file an official loss claim and recover the insured amount, the carrier explicitly required a signed recipient declaration from you confirming that the parcel had not been received. Despite multiple requests, this declaration was not provided by you. Without this mandatory document, we were legally unable to submit a loss claim to the carrier.

Please note that, under these circumstances, no refund obligation existed on our side. Nevertheless, as a gesture of goodwill and purely out of goodwill, the purchase amount was refunded to you yesterday.

Regarding your statement about telephone support: your calls were not “refused” arbitrarily. Unfortunately, during previous phone conversations our staff was subjected to verbal abuse and inappropriate language. For this reason, and in line with our internal policies to protect our employees, further communication was limited to written correspondence only.

We categorically reject the allegation that funds were “stolen” or that support was denied. At all times, we acted in accordance with legal requirements and professional standards, and ultimately even beyond our legal obligations.

We regret that this situation escalated in this way, but we stand by the facts as outlined above.

Update reg. my Coffee Machine

I returned an item and saw via the tracking information that it had arrived back at the company. As I did not receive any update, I reached out to customer service myself and was informed that the item was no longer in stock and that a refund would be processed.
It has now been over a week and I still haven’t received my money.
This process has been slow, frustrating, and a waste of time. I would not recommend dealing with their customer service.

The refund was processed today. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take a few business days for the amount to appear in your account.

Hervorragende Abwicklung von der Bestellübersicht und dem Online-Bestellprozess bis zur schnellen, reibungslosen und freundlichen Abholung in der Filiale. Auch in Sachen Beratung sehr gründlich und effektiv.

Bester Preis, Versand, Verpackung, Lieferung

Bester Preis, schneller Versand, Ware kam pünktlich und unbeschädigt an.
Vor allem wurde man immer am laufenden gehalten über den Bestellstatus und Versandstatus.
Liefertermin wurde pünktlich eingehalten!
Bravo, weiter so!
Alles sehr zu empfehlen und ich werde sicher noch einiges bestellen.

Bestellprozess war sehr einfach und man…

Bestellprozess war sehr einfach und man konnte die Ware im Shop abholen und gleich dort bezahlen. Hierzu alles top. Nur die Lieferung von Filiale zu Filiale brauchte etwas lange ca. 1 Woche.
