Emu Coach Hire Opiniones

Contracted us out to "Bus's r Us" and we had an old public transport bus even tho we were promised a nice coach from Emu Coach Hire!! Our bus was old, bumpy with little air conditioning on an extremely hot day, we were so disapointed when it turned up. Would not use Emu Coach Hire again because if they contract their jobs out they cant follow thru with their promises.

10 of enjoyed the convenience of travelling in a well kept ford sprinter for the Magic Millions race day. David our driver was excellent in communication during the day, & was able to pick us up earlier than I had booked. Thank you Nick for organising- till next time.

I would highly recommend Emu Coach Hire. From start to finish, everything was hassle-free and professional. We called them very last minute on a Saturday night to see if they had a bus available for 15 people, and Stepan went above and beyond to make it happen for us.

Our driver, Ehab, was amazing. He was friendly, prompt, and extremely professional. We all felt safe and very well looked after throughout the trip.

We would absolutely recommend Emu Coach Hire and look forward to using them again in the future.

We had a great day out in a small bus driven by George. He was punctual and also responsive to our requests throughout the day.
The communication with Emu coaches in the process of organising our day was excellent; both Nick & Stepan were extremely efficient and helpful in the planning stage.
We would not hesitate to recommend Emu coaches to anyone wishing to hire a bus & driver for a fun day out.

Recently, a group of 12 of us used Emu Coach Hire for a day trip to a couple of Murrumbateman wineries and the Murrumbateman Pub for lunch. They were extremely helpful throughout the organising process, and we had a great day out without any hassles. Our driver was fantastic! Highly recommend 👌
Thank you again, Emu Coach Hire!😀

We used Emu Coach Hire for our Church excursion from Melbourne to Geelong Monastery. The bus driver was courteous, prompt and the bus was spotless. We arrived on time and got back to Melbourne promptly too. Highly recommend. We will use Emu Coaches again. Thank you Nick!!

I booked Melbourne transfers for my family and the service provided from start to finish was brilliant. From the communication prior to arrival to the professionalism and punctuality of the drivers ensured a seamless experience.

The company had great communication as we organised our staff trip in a 12 seater bus. Our driver was very helpful and pleasant to deal with, even though he had a long night returning us to the Central Coast.

From my very first inquiry email, Nick and the team provided prompt and efficient service. The price was competitive but the service was above and beyond. Our driver Sam took exceptional care of our guests on board and arrived on time for both drop off and pickup. I would highly recommend Emu Coach Hire and I look forward to engaging in their friendly service when next in Melbourne.

I just wanted to say thank you for the help with the bus - Everything was perfect.

Our driver – Isaac – was just a great guy, nothing was too much trouble, our schedule got behind time but we re-planned that and all was sorted. He was a very friendly happy host and we really appreciate that.
Highly recommend Emu Coaches

Used these a few Times, Nick was helpful and Jeff the driver was very nice and on time

I had to arrange a last minute booking for a mini bus for pick up the next morning. I didn't think I would find any company that would respond given the last minute request. Thankfully I found Emu Coach Hire! Nick was truly great and responded quickly and efficiently which made communication so easy. The transfer went smoothly! Thank you again to the team at Emu Coach Hire!

Booking process was quick and easy with their timely responses to emails.
The drivers communicate efficiently and are always on time. They go above and beyond in terms of the service they provide on the day.
Payment was made really easy with their online invoice payment method.
Highly recommend for any sporting clubs who may need a bus whether it be to games or social occasions.

Third time using this company. Always on time, professional, and everything runs smoothly.

The process for booking was fast and easy. Also, no issues when our group made last minute changes.

The transport provided (14 seater and 20 seater) was very comfortable. Seats were comfortable.
The 20 seater bus had reclining seats which made the drive more comfortable. There was enough room in both to fit our luggage
and sports equipment.
Thanks for the great service

Great communication about our booking.

Especially our short notice request for transport from Coffs Harbour to the Gold Coast when our original transport had to cancel.

We also used Emu Coach Hire for transport from Brisbane airport to Coffs Harbour for our Samoa Tag Men's 20s team to play in the International Tag Series.

Also drivers Jeff and Cliff were friendly and accommodating.

From the moment of first contact to our final departing of our bus for a full day trip to two venues and home, we were treated exceptionally well by all staff. We were always met earlier at the pickup points than the times arranged. The coach was extremely clean and well maintained. The drive was very smooth and comfortable. When we had special requests, everything was provided. While the quote was the lowest, nothing was amiss and we only received the highest level of service. We only have the highest of praise for Emu Coaches and will be looking forward to procuring their services in the future.

We got to our first stop ahead of time and the driver was back 15 mins early to take us to our second stop which was right on time for lunch, really couldn't have gone better. The driver had a good playlist too.

Overall my experience with Emu Coach Hire was neither positive nor negative.

Was made to pay a $300 security bond to cover the cost of allowing passengers to have 1 open alcoholic beverage each on the coach. This, for some reason, meant that we were not allowed to have the radio or some sort of background music playing on the coach as this is then classed as a ‘party bus’. Someone explain to me how 1 beverage and some background music is classed as a party bus?!

When I called Emu Coach Hire to discuss this I was met with a very unpleasant customer service employee who was rude and blunt. They insisted that this is normal procedure but when I questioned why this was not something that is mentioned in the initial email received when submitting an enquiry, I was then questioned “then why didn’t you ask us before you booked the coach?”

When the bus arrived to the event (20 minutes early) the coach driver called me 5 minutes to departure time stating that he will be leaving at 8:00pm. I rounded up the group and met the driver to explain to him that there was a 15 minutes grace period after the departure time to ensure all guests are in the coach. He continued to say “well I have been here for 30 minutes, how long do you want me to wait?”. Like it was my issue he arrived 20 minutes early. After showing the coach driver the email stating the grace period, he agreed to wait.

Bus trip was smooth and there were no issues. Bond refund was given within 2 business days. But will not be booking with this company again.

For a service they insist is ‘flexible’, ‘professional’ and ‘effortless’ it was very far from that.

We used Emu Coach Hire for a winery birthday party. Their rates were easily the most competitive we received, and the service we got from booking, to event completion was first class. Our driver on the day was also a star!! Thankyou.
