Gym is always clean, equipment is good quality, gym instructors always friendly when greeting you at the door and always available for advice.

I recently used your gym in Brentford, buying a day pass for £10. Which even on entry i thought was steep. While your gym has an ok range of equipment, the upkeep is awful. The dumbell area has every dumbell in the wrong place plus about 7 were just randomly lying round the floor abandoned. No staff member seemed to care or make any effort to tidy. Plus all the barbells on things like bench press had not had their weights on them. Clearly gym eddiquet is just not enforced in any way here. Defiantly not worth the cost

Ridiculous ! Absolutely ignored any of my requests cancelled my membership and charged me TWICE for it !
I only wanted to freeze for 1 month and not to cancel ! Never going back to this gym again no communication to handle any issues or complaints at all

Been going here a few years now and yes its small but has what I need with a chilled atmosphere, is well maintained and well priced with the bonus of free parking. The staff are friendly and always willing to help if you ask. They have recently introduced some new equipment which is also good to see. So what you get for the price is well worth it and definitely recommend if interested in joining a gym.

Great spot of the gym , as I live literally next door ! But it missing couple of good machines, that can be very useful.
Also pt that works on shift , can sort the weight out , as some of clients do not remove it from machines and it’s very annoying.

Everything is good

Toilets are dirty. Equipment and gym floor is dirty and full of dust. Not enough weighted plates. Gym music too low. Only one member of staff is welcoming. My gym referal has not recieved her voucher for me joining.

Really nice gym, good atmosphere and all you need to get fit!

The coaches behavior could be nicer,and reservations for class is totally understandable,when I book for a waiting list of a class ,I expect to email me at least one hour befor class starts ,not four minutes just before class starts!

It’s fantastic

Rude gym with rude staff, and if you tell the manager he shouts at you and blames you. Very toxic, people will fight you to use the equipment or over nothing at all. Again, in this matter, the manager will blame you. I was give trophies by this gym etc at one point, totally gone downhill and is as passive aggressive as they come.. Totally underhandedly ran gym, and as I say, you can’t even tell them when or if the equipment needs changing - it doesn’t, for the simple reason the manager is always right and runs the place with fear - DO NOT GO. Agree with other comments that manager is a bully, and that the customer service number and complaints service for this brand is nonexistent and doesn’t work!! I mean people are even allowed to come in and interrupt classes violently and get away with it because the manager runs the place like a prison yard, which, incidentally, the place being so small looks exactly like! 🤣

The gym is a good offer at the promotional price of £17 per month however, after the 2 months offer is up £35 per month is slightly high for what is being offered. The changing rooms are a little shabby with broken lockers also, the floor leading into the shower facility is water damaged and in need of repair. The gym area itself is ok although it could do with a few more machines and larger area for some weights benches rather than crammed in the corner of the gym. The staff are very helpful although a little distant.

Great gym to attend. All the staff are very friendly and willing to help you anytime. I was a member of a rival gym before energy fitness but energy does it for me. People and staff very friendly. I will highly recommend.

Basic equipment. No bells and whistles with this gym.

I like it that you are left on your own to use the equipment, you feel safe.

Ticks all the boxes for me. Good value membership options, friendly staff, well maintained and clean equipment, Good range of cardio, resistance and weights.
Joined just 2 weeks ago, looking forward to a fitter next year.

Overall a very good gym with friendly staff and chill vibe however id say a few more machines are needed like a lat raise machine or a stairmaster somewhere since those are a very popular and good cardio machine. The space is minimal but they've managed to fit most things you need so the lack of a few machines doesnt really kill the vibe for me or ruin the experience.
