I came in with my partner to the Edinbrugh branch to choose him a watch and Sheila (Could have been Shelly) went above and beyond. Couldn’t have received a better service! Thank you x

I bought a watch online, it came in different box, had two scratches on the case and a tag and pulsometer’s charger missing. I was offered 10% off the price I paid for the watch which was unacceptable. One of the staff member was trying to assure me that it was a great watch for the price, it would of been if it was brand new!

What a pathetic useless company this is. Ordered a ring online 30th August to be delivered the next day to the Ernest Jones branch in Princes Street Edinburgh. Amount debited my bank account with no confirmation from the merchant of the order. Rang at 11am and midday today with no resolution having spoken to two different agents who both confirmed an email had been sent to me with the case reference number which neither agent had followed through. The time is 13:17 still no sign of a follow up or investigation as to the whereabouts of my merchandise.

I had a wonderful shopping experience in EJ Edinburgh and all down to the professionalism, patience and kindness of Katrina and Aileen. I was only visiting Edinburgh on a short break but will definitely return and make further purchases in the future.

Deplorable company and customer services.
Went in store with my son to purchase a watch for his prom. The store said they would not honour his student discount, so we ordered online for pick up at the store.
1 hour later, received an email saying the order was cancelled. No explanation given in email but it advised to contact customer services.
Customer services advised the shop cancelled the order as they had no stock. Complete lie as we were just in and they did.
Customer services also advised they couldn't actually see the order so couldn't advise re refund.
As things stand, I'm over £300 out of pocket with no clarity over whether a refund will be made.
Store was Edinburgh Princess Street - avoid them.

First watch turned out to be faulty so returned it the next day. No problem with the staff ordering a replacement that arrived a few days later.

Sales assistant was very helpful, professional and friendly.

We wish to congratulate the Manager Bob and the staff for their efficiency and always a warm welcome. Our son will be in Edinburgh at the beginning of July and we will present him with our gift of a Gucci watch.
This is our second Gucci timepiece that we have purchased from this store and will always return should the occasion arise.

Staff where very polite and I got the watch I wanted and fitted prfectly

I had an issue with a card that I could not to work the lady was very patient ,I had to leave store as I needed to resolve this.They were closing for lunch but she tried still to resolve my predicament,we went back later to make my purchase I was really happy with the service I received.

After reading online offering you an appointment to buy/try, I thought I’d take a chance and turn up at the shop. On arrival there was already a couple being served in the shop, but they were heading to the till, so once the stools were disinfected, I was inviting in and asked how could they help. After telling the salesperson what I was looking for, she promptly brought the item to the table so I could try it on. The watch bracelet required some adjustments, this was done within a short time. The only problem I encountered was that the guarantee card wasn’t being recognised, but this was soon solved. Also by signing up to emails you’re are given a “discount code” giving you 10% off your purchase
