Although I had no luck on the chat online, I did get great advice from customer services who checked stock for me in Edinburgh. Safety and cleanliness during covid was adhered to and staff member very well mannered and polite was a pleasure to shop.

Disappointed
We collect my emerald and diamond ring ,which I an very pleased with ,,but what concerned me during this covid pandemic that was the grey haired gentleman was on the phone ,he dropped his face mask to below his chin and talked on the phone ,when he was finished his conversation ,he didnt place his face mask back over his nose and mouth and he didnt sanitize the phone or his hands after using ... despite all the precautions that the store have implemented for customers.
