Once the model number of our stove was confirmed the replacement parts were quickly identified and ordered. Dispatch was as stated on the website but delivery details weren't clear, although the parts actually arrived promptly. Thanks

Ordered online easy to find products you need delivered on time great service

The only reason not 5 star was the length of time delivery to arrive, small item should have been an easy and quicker despatch.

Rang and spoke to them as wasn’t sure what bits I needed to order, they were extremely helpful and honest. Got exactly what I requested. Excellent customer service.

I bought the warmheart because I couldn’t afford the one with the oven , not cheap , however it’s amazing, we cook everything on it , get it up to heat and wow you don’t need a cooker top hob we use for all cooking and have put items on back for slower cooking, it makes amazing grilled veg and all the vegan dishes we eat. We have used the inside off the over but it’s very very hot , wish it had a pizza stone . Just as a log burner it’s beautiful, after again you have it up to heat we have found it heats most off the house. And dries the washing we put sheets over the banisters couple off hours later they are dry

All that I ordered was a replacement fire brick. I haven't fitted it yet but I am sure that it will be OK.

Great and easy to use the website, was going to order over the phone as I have done in the past but unfortunately the delivery charge was £6.00 higher than on line, hence the 4star review.

I am totally 'in love' with my Esse Ironheart stove. It is extremely fuel efficient, controllable and easy to use. My open plan kitchen area is now toasty warm.
