I pay a monthly fee to your company, supposedly to cover breakdowns on system. My system stopped generating on 17th March. I’ve put in two tickets without any response as yet.
Always had good service from Esse and I always use them for spares to ensure that I have the right correct fitting part

Very good customer service
Very good customer service! When there was a mistake with my order for spares, my email was replied to very quickly and the matter dealt with efficiently and personally by a member of the Team and the mistake was rectified without fuss.

I was able to order the part I required based on the discussion with the customer service team and engineers. The part arrived promptly once back in stock so the service could begin on the gas cooker.

Ordering spare and service parts is OK
Ordering spare and service parts is OK, not the best laid out site but if you spend time looking around you can find what you need most of the time. some things like fire bricks are not always in stock.
Dispatch of orders is also quite slow, so if you can order well in advance
Good fires, spares support not quite as good.

Great product
Great product, great delivery chap, very efficient and very helpful dealer, James at Topstak, Cowbridge South Wales. But would like see more hints n tips on the Esse website or FB, plus more recipes etc, raise your profile a bit more ( like Everhot!).
