I pay a monthly fee to your company, supposedly to cover breakdowns on system. My system stopped generating on 17th March. I’ve put in two tickets without any response as yet.
Always had good service from Esse and I always use them for spares to ensure that I have the right correct fitting part

Great service
I easily found the spares I wanted on the web site. When refurbishing my stove, I discovered that I did not need one item as the original was still in very good condition. I then contacted Esse who were happy to accept the item to be returned for a refund. Great company and great products.

Missing part in Order..No Worries!!
Well it was missing one of the order parts but hey I love the brand and my log burning 990 cooker. Esse had no quibble/query on sending through the missing order part so bravo!! great customer services!!

Excellent customer service
Slight problem with fitting a new oven door latch, but this was resolved in full, quickly by the team at ESSE. Even the postage costs were refunded. Excellent customer service.

Esse brush is good quality.
The Esse brush I ordered is good quality and I’m pleased with my purchase. Esse sent my order out promptly but DPD failed to deliver on the allocated day, not Esse’s fault but still they were most helpful and the delivery issue was resolved satisfactorily. I would recommend Esse and will definitely purchase from them again.
