Wonderful service

Wonderful service. My teen boys love the products! Order arrived on time, and in full. I have two very happy boys. Product quality is good. Based on previous orders the products last well too. Very happy customer.

I placed 3 orders on 2 different days…

I placed 3 orders on 2 different days during the $4 sale. I knew they would need extra time to process orders during a huge sale. Got the first order about 2 weeks after and the second a few days later. The third order is still in “packing” status. Both orders I received were not missing anything and packed with care. FABULOUS SALE!!! That is awesome business having a sale that customers enjoy saving a ton of $$$ and Ethika is clearing out ready for new inventory.
*My last order is packed and shipped and will be here early next week. Overall great experience. People need to chill… it’s a huge sale. Everyone is just used to getting what they order in a few days.

Order placed on 3-28, Checked on status 4-13,14,15... Zero response on their Text number, Zero response from support e-mails. Filed a dispute with my bank and hope to have the transaction reversed. First clue is their "customer service" number no longer takes calls nor can you leave a message. Basically when you order something from this shady company it is a crap shoot // on an island. Find alternatives and don't get sucked into the low prices. This is a classic example of online shopping gone bad. Avoid!!

If i could give no stars i would. I have been waiting on my order for some time now. I reached out to customer service with no response at all. They don’t give any details on orders other than packing. I would like my refund but the site says can’t refund or cancel due to still packaging. Do not order from this company

During the $4 sale I received 3…

During the $4 sale I received 3 separate emails stating free shipping on $50. I was charged $8.50 shipping my order was $120. Customer service basically said sorry we can't comp the shipping even though the email said free. Reason was because the sale was so low it couldn't allow free shipping. Marketing should have NEVER SENT out the email knowing a sale was going. I get one email a mistake but three...

ZERO updates on order

I placed an order on december 21 and still havent received an update on my order, they shipped out the free hair scrunchies that i had no use for instantly though so theres that. Ive been trying to get ahold of support for almost two weeks without a reply, and that is just absolutely ridiculous. The last time I’ll be ordering from the site.

UPDATE: They replied under this stating they reached out and are awaiting my reply. They in fact did not. Dont support this company. They shouldn’t be releasing new collaborations with people if they can’t even ship orders from over a month ago.

Just update I called Ethika and ask again where is my package they stated it’s still processing HOWWWW???Then they said they figured out the problem is it’s not sale anymore like WHATTT???? I made this purchased on sale. I asked for refund and I will never purchase again. The sad part is they email apology letter and 20% off like reallyyyy

Similar to the aforementioned reviews, I placed an order on 29 November and have only received half of my order. Despite repeated attempts, no response from customer service via their email or phone number.

Only sent me half the order I paid for

Only sent me half the order I paid for. Spoke with customer service 3 times. All Indian and hard to understand.
Finally got them to submit the paperwork to fulfill the order and then cancled it the next day.
Terrible company, terrible customer service. Don’t buy

This Holiday waiting on a package over 2 weeks is so unprofessional most definitely will not be ordering again from this site my child was very disappointed and crazy thing is you can send all the emails DHL and chat with Enthika for customer support and no one is responding, just Horrible
