Worst Shopping Experience

I have been ordering on Black Friday for the past 8 years and over the past 3 years things have really gone downhill. I usually order a combination of their Men’s Staple Mystery Underwear & selected $10 Staple Underwear. They have a disclaimer when ordering the Mystery Underwear that duplicates are possible. In previous years I have received duplicates but it gets worse each year I order. This year I ordered 14 of the Men’s Mystery Staple & I received 14 of the exact same underwear. I couldn’t believe that not even 1 was different print or pattern. Oh and of course all Mystery Underwear purchases are final sale. I was extremely disappointed so I reached out to customer service & explained to the representative how ridiculous it was that I received 14 of the exact same underwear. She said she would be able to do a 1 time courtesy exchange on my order. She explained that she would be setting up a pickup for the order and I would receive a new order confirmation email that same day. Well 3 days later and I have yet to hear anything via email or otherwise. So basically she just fed me some B.S. and that was it. I spend $100’s of dollars a year with this company and after this experience I will never spend so much as $1 more dollar. If I could give then no Stars I absolutely would.

I do apologize for your experience with our mystery sale. We do try our best to add variety to these orders and it is clear that we missed the mark on this one.

Since mystery items are considered to be final sale, we are not able to refund the items but we do offer a mystery exchange for duplicate items. Unfortunately, with this current process, we do not have a pre-paid label that would be offered to ship the items back, but we do cover the shipping to get the new order back to you as quickly as possible.

We are currently reviewing our internal process for our mystery sale to see how we can improve this for all of our customers.

We do apologize again for the duplicate items.

Customer service nonexistent

I have sent emails and tried going to their site, I was on text hold for an agent that never came for over 1/2 an hour. I disconnected after 45 minutes of no activity. Tried to find a phone # with no success either.
I was sent a $40 discount email from Ethika after spending well over $100.
I tried to use the discount on sale items but it wouldn’t apply. Normally a discount mentions an amount you need to spend or eligibility requirements, this didn’t.
There was a red asterisk that I couldn’t get any info or find and info elsewhere in the email.
Come on, Ethika! Do better!!!

Ordered 4 pr.of Ethika for my grandson…

Ordered 4 pr.of Ethika for my grandson on Black Friday sale. My credit denied for some reason. Plenty of credit line. Used another credit card which went thru fine. Started getting emails that they were cancelling my order as per fraud dept. and wanted me to send them all kinds of info. even though the second card processed and showing on my statement. Told them all this but they insisted on this info. Told them for my security I wasn't sending pictures of my statement, credit card,etc. they cancelled my order and said I will receive a refund in 5-7 days. UNBELIEVABLE. Please stay away from this company.

Thank you for your review, and I do apologize for the trouble you went through while placing your order. I looked into this and do see that while the orders were flagged for fraud by our system, our team was able to approve the orders.

Our system may automatically flag orders based on a number of different variables. You did receive an email letting you know that the order was flagged, but I am not seeing any cancellations against your account.

Terrible customer service!

Terrible customer service!! I bought 5 pairs of boys underwear. Unfortunately, they were the wrong size when i got them. I sent them right back never worn, tags on and all. They confirmed they received the underwear back but are refusing to send me a refund or the right size underwear. I even asked for them to just send those back they said no. They just took my money! Terrible!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered on April 9, 2025. Today is April 28th and I still haven't received my order. I made 2 different orders. One was my child's card and the other was PayPal. I got a refund from PayPal expeditiously. My other refund is still pending. I thought I had a great deal but I'm assuming it was a SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Hesitant but the order arrived in 1 week!

I was hesitant to purchase a few items from the Ethika website because of all the bad reviews on people never getting their order or it taking months. I normally buy the boys’ underwear from the Zumies website but I bit the bullet and took advantage of their sale last month where boys underwear were $8 each because I couldn’t resist. I spent about $115 and the order came within a week! I ordered on a Thursday and received them the following Thursday. I will be buying off the website directly from now on.

Never received product

Ordered a gift for my son on 12/4. The tracking website never went past "packing," so I contacted them again on 12/19 via chat. They offered me a refund or a to try to fulfill the original order. I chose to fulfill, and the tracking again never went past "packing." I e-mailed and was told it was re-processed on 12/30. I called on 1/3 and was told they would expedite the order and I should hear something within 2-3 days. I never heard back from them until a week later, when they finally just refunded my order. Ridiculous.

One star isn't good enough for this…

One star isn't good enough for this scam company. I ordered two boxer briefs for my son and paid (my fault) with Apple Cash. Fake DHL site says the order is sitting in Las Vegas for the last month but doesnt continue shipping. Emails from the order show a fake email address they use to contact you through. No response to text message support (fake and scam) along with no response that an agent is on the message option either. Just a myriad of bot responses to make it seem like someone is going to message you. then no reply. This company is a scam. I am reaching out to Apple, the better business bureau, FBI and any other source possible to report them. Stay far away. I don't think I've read so many shit reviews about a scum company than this.

No customer service

I made a purchase December 4th, I see the charge on my credit card but no email confirmation.
I’ve been trying to call them and after an hour of being on hold a recorded message says to use their website to contact them. I tried texting and live chat and I can’t get in touch with anyone.

I’m out my $$ - nothing ever received

So frustrating to experience such terrible customer service. I ordered from Ethika on Nov. 29, received an "order processing" email finally on Dec 10, but never got the promised "order shipped" email and never received the items. Tracking says DHL is still waiting for the item. Ethika doesn't answer their phones (I was on hold for over an hour), and they don't acknowledge/answer emails, texts or the live chat on their website. I’ve ordered from them the past couple of years and have never had this type of horrible experience. This seems to be the case with many others based on other reviews that I’m reading. What has happened to this company?

Ordered on November 30

Ordered on November 30, still don't have the package on December 17, although the tracking claims it was delivered. I've reached out to my mailman and they don't have it either. I've tried messaging through their website, no one responds, same if you use text message. I've ordered lots from this company and have never had an issue. Clearly they can't keep up and the company has gone down. Will never order from again.

Rude Staff

I placed an order on October 30. I still have not received my order. I reached out to the staff who seemed to have an attitude. I’ve been messaging them and now no one will get back to me to update me on my order.

Awful company

Awful company, they don’t care about their customers. I received a black coupon card from Ethik for 50% off for first time customers. So I signed up and had close to $100 on my cart for my son. The coupon code was not working and I tried many times and many ways. The company conveniently does not have a phone number. The only option to get in contact with them is via email or text. I texted them but no one got back to me. They finally got back to me over email, and the customer service agent named Kenny, was very unhelpful and refused to honor that. I even took a picture of the card that I received that included the codes. He did not care and said he will give me 25% off you can use towards your purchase. I said that’s not OK b/c I have a card here with a code for 50% off first customers. He did not care about the pictures I took of the card that I received at all. Awful Customer Service, no support, he was awful. I’m not sure why he even has a job there!

I did not get my items

I did not get my items, they said that the shipping agent had lost the parcel and Ethika were not able to do a refund as they had paid the shipping agent… DO NOT order stuff from this scam company!!!

No return label and lengthy exchange policy

Wrong size on product and lengthy process to return or exchange. They don't provide you with return label and you have to pay to return it hoping for an exchange in several weeks. The boxers were a better fit than the leggings, but it's not worth how long you wait to get everything for the price.

trash company

I have purchased so many items from Ethika that I can count. They items are sold in pairs/sets. They will wait until the last minute after the package has so called shipped and email you about out of stock items. If I bought a set, why would you send me only half of it. They do not respond to emails @supportEthika nor do they have a direct customer service line. They a number to text 9495758005 and do not respond to that either. I have sent numerous emails and text about this order. I am waiting for a refund now for out of stock items. These independent minority businesses are not it. I will never patronize this business ever again. It is disappointing that customer service is at all time low. The worst!!

Incompetent staff

I gave them the full shipping address for my order but they didn't use the full shipping address. This lead to the international mail being returned to overseas since they ignored FedEx's emails. Now, they refuse to reship the package even though it was their mistake. Do not buy.

Edit: Just look at their reply. Clearly they didn't even read/understand my review. It had nothing to do with holiday season delays, it was because you didn't print my full address....
