It was very simple to renew my policy with very little increase in price

We have used Europesure for several years now, they have always been very competitive and make things simple, which is unusual these days

Quick effective service

This is our 5th year with Europesure, find them really easy to deal with. (Not that we have had a claim) however when we encountered difficulty when trying to find our quote, we got to speak to a person straight away and she solved our issue.

Trying to make a claim on travel disruption after a delayed flight for eleven hours. Plane diverted to another country due to airport traffic control radio problems. I had to purchase another ticket with a different airline to make it in time for my next flight. Europesure won't payout unless it is delayed for 24 hours. Please read your policy.

Excellent customer service

Easy to buy and use. Covering all my needs into Spain France and Morroco

All communication was completed with no fuse and everything was clear from the start. Price was as we expected for people of our age (62 & 67). Fortunately we had no reason to use you other than peace of mind so I can only comment on how easy we found to set our travel insurance up. Score is for setup.

It's good to receive a yearly reminder. The process of renewal works well.
I had a problem accessing the schedule online which was password secured but my local agent sent it to me.

As usual, in January, we're reminded to renew, a helpful point.
Our needs don't change, and we just go for the same as last year. The rates are even sympathetic to our advancing years.

It was straightforward. Easy to understand exactly what I was insuring. No need to insure eventualities that were unlikely to occur. Peace of mind makes travelling stress less.

Been with this company a few years now, only had one claim, when our luggage was lost by airline and had to buy all new clothes for an 8 day cruise. Europesure reimbursed without any problems.

Very easy to arrange insurance, after emailing with my specific needs. I was able to book a package perfect for me and at a price I could afford.
Luckily I've not needed to make a claim, so no comment on that.
