Most of the positive reviews state how easy it is to give these people your money. Wait till you try to get some back before you make a review!
Europesure wash their hands of the whole claims procedure and subcontract it to the Cega Group. These people will send you an email from one person who asks for certain documents. When you have submitted these documents another person will write asking for other documents, or repeating the request for documents already submitted.
The person to whom you initially wrote will then ask for other details, some of which you have already submitted.
You may get another request from a third person hitherto unheard of.
The final straw for me was on Christmas Eve, late afternoon, when I received a request for “Cancellation invoices” from hotels in Tanzania. I had already provided proof of payment, proof of flight cancellations, proof of hotel booking cancellations, but this was not enough. Cega obviously want to keep poking you with a stick until you give up.
The timing of the latest request, Christmas Eve, late afternoon, was just disgusting. What sort of person works for such an organisation as Cega?
The fact that Europesure uses Cega tells you all you need to know about Europesure’s attitude to its customers.
So I’ve asked Cega to refer my case to Lloyd’s complaints, since Cega , with all the documentation provided, are only interested in procrastination.
Cega referred my case to Complaints with surprising alacrity, in contrast with their previous behaviour, so I guess that this is the result they were hoping for.
I guess I’ll soon find out just how honest Lloyds of London really are.

Difficult to find cover for British European residents but Europesure looks good. Hopefully we won’t have to test them out, but you never know how good an insurance company is until you need to make a claim!

I had to cancel my trip because of illness and file claim to reimburse not refunded amount for tickets and hotel. I was surprised how easy process was and it took less than a month to receive compensation. really recommend

Easy renewal process. However the difficulties may arise as and when I wish to make a claim, hopefully never.
