Terrible experience I order a few kg of mince meet I set a delivery date for a week in advance , the parcle gets delivered to the wrong address bc they put the wrong label onto it then bc it’s been over 3 days now the meat isn’t good they offer me a measly £20 back from the £57 order absolutely disgraceful

Day before Christmas eve and I get the horrendous email to say DPD have damaged my package and I will NOT be getting my meat for christmas. Obviously distraught I called Eversfield and they sent me the exact products immediately and I still managed to recieve them christmas eve. Honestly an amazing achievement and the meat was delicious. Couldn't have wished for better service ( except from DPD ofcourse)

Amazing meat! I received my first box this week and I won't be buying anythibg else now. Delivered as scheduled, without issue. I am also able to freeze some of the meat which is really helpful!

I have had numerous dreadful experiences with their customer service in the past, and today was no different. They are extremely rude and abrupt. When you first phone them, there is a message on their answering machine stating that one of their friendly customer service representatives will be attending to you shortly. This is definitely not true; if they feel you're questioning something they dislike, they hang up on you and give no chance to ask another question. Furthermore, they deliberately do not answer the phone if they see your number ringing again. There is no one to complain to, as they handle complaints themselves. It's really a shame because I was a loyal customer for many years, but their customer service is a major let-down. It seems they don't care if they lose customers. It makes me wonder if the company is aware of their behaviour.

From the very beginning, the communication was warm, kind and genuinely caring. It’s rare to experience customer service that feels so personal and attentive — every interaction was friendly, professional and reassuring.
The service was excellent from start to finish. Everything was smooth, well organised and delivered with real care.
And the organic chicken — absolutely delicious. You can genuinely taste the quality. It feels nourishing, clean and full of natural flavour. It’s wonderful to know the food comes from such high standards and ethical care.

fantastic pork mince !. very tasty .fabulous butchering! lovely fine lean ground . no hidden fat or gristle .( I eat only carnivore (5yrs)+)
and love my pork mince especially . I definitely rate it AA+ ( added note--) i never buy meat in big chain shops ever ! Ordered our Christmas Turkey and additional meat/trimmings for the day. Delivery on time and kept up to date when it was arriving. It was absolutely wonderful. Such good quality. Will be ordering again soon and also this Christmas without a doubt.

Everfield always delivers. My family are happy and I always feel good that I have helped local farmers making the best produce available to me. The added extra touches of good condiments and amazing seafood for me is really convenient. I can always check my previous orders and explore new items on the easy house website.

The best haggis I’ve ever eaten.
Bought wild venison steak 7 of them, was existed to share it with the family but, they were all in bits with full of fat and veins hidden under neath and filled with large amount of brain.
Couldn't fry the meat the frying pan filled with induced fluid....

Initially had a good experience, meat was good quality and good value. Then throughout the year the meat sent over was stinky, old and gone off. This happened quite a few times, we brushed it off the first few as we wanted to give benefit of doubt. We did complain, no reply. I come back to order again a few months later in winter, and all my points saved (maybe around £40) are expired. Overall we were subscribed and had nearly 10 orders. Unfortunate. Customer service only gave us 1000 points as "goodwill". Fml, don't order from here, Pipers farm is much better and fresher.
Top quality organic meat, everything we have had has been lovely and tender and tasty, we have had numerous orders and all have been of top quality, produce is always packaged well with their freezer packs keeping it cold
They did not deliver to my door as their website promised. They left a parcel with fresh meat and fish in a parcel room! They did not sent any delivery notification. I have waited for them to arrived and after proposed time was over, I called their customer service. I explained to them that I have a disability, including mobility issues. I cannot lift or carry items over 3 kg. This is why I shop only online. Furthermore, this parcel room is not even in my building. I am on my own. I cannot go there and get it. The customer service was not helpful but I insisted. They called me after 30 minutes and promised that a driver will come back to deliver it to my door instead. They have never delivered my parcel. After a few days, they informed me that it was delivered a few hours before their maximum delivery time (48 hours) and so they will not issue a refund. They offered me a 10% discount with my next order instead to apologise. Is it a joke?! I wasted over £70. Please avoid!! I will never order with them again.
The Organic Turkey was the best tasting turkey we have had for many many years very tender and moist

Ordered a chicken for Christmas and was extremely pleased with it. Delivery was prompt and beautifully packed with recyclable materials. The chicken was so delicious. Will be ordering again soon. Thank you.
I ordered a Bronze Organic Turkey as a Christmas centrepiece, with a stated use-by date of 26 December. It was delivered on 20 December and stored exactly in accordance with the supplier’s instructions.
When opened on 23 December at the point of preparation, the turkey had a clear off smell. As this was fresh poultry, I was not prepared to cook or serve it. This issue could not reasonably have been identified earlier, as inspection only occurs when the bird is opened for preparation.
I contacted the company promptly. Rather than advising against consumption once a food-safety concern had been raised, I was reassured that this was a “naturally gamy aroma” and told the turkey was safe to cook. I found this response inappropriate and concerning.
Despite the turkey being within its use-by date and stored correctly, the company has refused to provide a refund. As a result, I was left without the Christmas centrepiece I had reasonably relied upon and had to make alternative arrangements at short notice.
I chose this supplier carefully, prioritising animal welfare and quality. Unfortunately, my experience fell well below what I consider acceptable for a premium product sold specifically for Christmas.
