Whenever you order anything it always arrives when you are told, the quality of everything is excellent and at the beginning of November I will be ordering turkeys from plus a little ad of bits and pieces.

Fabulous canons of lamb. Flash fried, 170c fan for 5 minutes. rested 5 minutes and they were melt in your mouth gorgeous.

The worst company I have ever ordered…
The worst company I have ever ordered meat from. I ordered chickens weighing 1.8–2 kg, but out of five chickens, four weighed around 1.70 kg and one only 1.52 kg. The packaging stated the weight range I had ordered, so I feel completely misled.
I emailed the company twice but received no response, explanation or refund. The quality was also disappointing.
I do not recommend this company at all.

Excellent quality & customer service
We have had a few of Eversfield’s organic meat boxes now and the quality is always excellent. Our most recent order sadly went missing - a DPD issue, not at all Eversfield’s fault - and the response was quick, efficient and kind: the order was replaced instantly and arrived safely on our doorstep a matter of days after I’d flagged the problem. Between the delicious products and outstanding customer service, I would recommend Eversfield to anyone.

Customer with large family
I have a large family here in Scotland and get all my meat twice monthly from Eversfield and find it amazing. Everything arrives fresh and chilled and I find it fairly priced considering the quality. I love that you can get organic items and cuts you can’t get in the supermarket, especially the wild venison mince, brisket etc. A very happy customer !

Just ordered my 3rd order from Eversfield, the meat and fish are fantastic. Every meal we have cooked with their produce has been exceptional. So tender and tasty. We had an issue with our first order but this was the delivery company with a crash on the motorway, but Eversfield's customer service were excellent. The non halal point was important to me, so highly recommend.

re. Order of haddock
I have been very disappointed by the experience with my last order and will not be using Eversfield again I would not expect a company such as Eversfield Organic to think it is acceptable to supply fish in 2026 that has been frozen since 2024. Regardless of whether you consider it safe to eat, I have serious concerns about the quality of fish that has been frozen for such a long period.
Offering me a discount on a future order does not address the fact that I have received a product that I am not comfortable eating. In fact, I find the response particularly disappointing because it suggests that Eversfield considers this level of stock rotation acceptable.
I will therefore not be ordering from Eversfield again if this is the standard of product that I can expect to receive

I live on an island and it takes longer…
I live on an island and it takes longer to deliver from South Devon to my place. Regardless of the distance, I never experienced any problems with the quality of packaging and meat inside. Insulation was perfectly adequate and meat was very fresh, even the frozen delivery, meat was still frozen apart from at the very edges but went into freezer straight. Never had any problems with DPD so far.

Very happy with the quality of all the meat orders I have received to date.
Very happy with the quality of the meat orders I have received to date.
Cuts individually well packed for easy storage, straight into freezer.
And the overall packing is great, even in this heatwave the ice packs were solid. And the insulating wool packs, I keep to put round my plants in the winter as frost protection.
I appreciate some would say, go to a local butcher, but I don’t have one close enough to get British organic, and I want to support British farmers.

Meat arrived covered in blood unfit for consumption
The delivery arrived damaged with stinking slimy blood all over the box and packaging and contents. Some items were minus labels and I washed off the blood which was bad foul smelling. The customer care telephone line is not professional as never replied to my concerns. I had to email several times before a reply and this has been an ongoing problem. I have sent images. Requested collection and a new box to return these cross contaminated pouches. Health and safety warned me that I must not consume the produce. Our bank has taken up a case as the business is a school and intended for a celebratory outdoor summer get together after exams. Thankfully found other suppliers who are horrified at the lack of care from Eversfield. Finally, Trading Standards are to be informed. Be extremely careful these people do not care about health and safety. 16/07/2026 To amend this I have received a full refund today. A sincere apology which acknowledged the severity of what has happened after sending photographs of a bloody box. Thank you, Eversfield.
