Different instructor every week. My daughters actually gone backwards in the last 5 months. Wouldn’t recommend lessons here.

I really wanted to be a good worker for the Everyone Active Leisure Centre because I want to learn about what jobs they do. Being helpful to everyone at work I can get along with anyone at work.

Utterly disgusting

Utterly disgusting. Disrespectful staff.
Pool mostly booked. Cant book on arrival. You have to pay for last month at the membership called as pro rata but still cancel 2 months in advance to rob your account. If you book for pool then you have to cancel 4 hours in advance otherwise they will charge you 4 pounds.They dont care about customers and their satisfaction. Disgusting attitude overall. It doesn’t look like a professional leisure place. Above this all they dont respond to emails or telephones..

No calls answered

Tried to call as tge app would not let me sign in or re register? was on the call over 30 minutes and still holding, Thursday morning, loads of lanes etc free so cannot be that busy????

Had a great swim

Had a great swim, it’s a much better pool since the refurbishment. Plus use of the anti wave lane dividers is a big improvement. The greeting by Jeremiah at reception always is a great start to the day!

Showers

After visiting the pool i was really disappointed with the cleanliness of the shower cubicle...there was black slimy residue ..on the partition walls .. by the amount ...it wouldn't of just been from earlier that day ...it looked like days and days of not being cleaned...the temperature of the water in the pool was very cold so we didn't stay as long as I would of liked ...one good thing was the temperature of the shower water was really good that warmed us back up but the dirty cubicle hastened our exit ..What a shame

I’m glad to hear the shower temperature was a small positive during your visit, though we are sorry that the overall experience fell short of what you—and we—would expect.

Everyone is so nice and very friendly…

Everyone is so nice and very friendly the staff members at the Dunstable centre and they are there if you need any assistance or to ask questions.

Not recommended

Definitely not recommended. I do have yearly membership paid full in advance. After 6months due to personal circumstances I can't use anymore . I request for refund and replay was not able to proceed refund in my case . Never pay full amount for one year in advance. I would like to highlight is not employee fault just only how the system runs.

Whilst we understand its frustrating, it is actually stated in our terms and conditions as well as mentioned in our refund policy.

Sadly disappointing

Having been a member for years and since the take over, I have now cancelled my membership. The leisure centre is not cleaned regularly and is evident both on the equipment and in the toilet areas. If you like spin, at least 10 of the bikes are out of action and with the 16 left, virtually impossible to get on a class. Staff turnover is high and generally now run by inexperienced managers who do not listen to feedback. They charge you £4 for cancelling a class without 4 hrs notice (understandable), however you get no reimbursement when they cancel a class because they have no cover for instructor sickness/ holidays.

Set up membership online 10th february…

Set up membership online 10th february and paid for the family. Went to Dunstable leisure centre on Sunday to be turned away as no one can do our cards. Returned on Monday spoke to Lochland very helpful and sorted it out for me. My daughters went to the gym today and one of the cards was not working and the lady on reception charged her £12.49 when I have already paid really not happy I will be complaining as not a good start.

Everyone Active excellent for all

Everyone Active provides excellent facilities for health and fitness for all ages. The Dunstable Centre is a fine example with helpful and responsive staff and first class facilities for individual or group sport and activity classes. Open seven days per week with excellent parking ( free to members) the centre is well served by public transport links and local shopping. I recommend Everyone Active and the Dunstable Centre without hesitation

Great gym

Great gym, very relaxed not overly busy and clean. Showers were cold though so that’s why a 4 !

Classes are ok

Classes are ok, not amazing, just ok.

Once you cancel your membership remember to cancel direct debit in other way they will be charging you forever. They will also send you an email saying do not break terms and conditions.
