The instructor was very knowledgeable and approachable during the course. Obviously the content was crammed into a one day course so left a few things unclear, but nothing that could not be worked out with a bit of thought.

It was an excellent training
It was an excellent training. The trainer is very knowledgeable and kept it exciting all day. This is the first external training centre that provided lunch! and I have been to many training centres before. The supports that offer for all students after finishing the course is very helpful to know that I can call any times if I have questions. I will definitely recommend this course to my colleague.

instructor knew the material very well…
instructor knew the material very well and did not read out of the book, he made learning more interesting and I was able to retain more information from his real life stories to help me remember certain questions.

More hands on
For me, I find it more beneficial to do more hands on, test and tag machines should used during theory session as well.
