Horrible Service
They don’t call back, it took days to talk to someone who “knew” about the product I purchased then couldn’t answer a simple question about the mounting base. Said they would call back. They didn’t.
Took me 3 phone calls to try and cancel the order but had to get Zip to file a claim.

Went to order a part that weighs 6oz…
Went to order a part that weighs 6oz and can fit in a 6 inch padded envelope. To ship to Portland they want 120 Canadian Dollars. I asked them about it via chat and they said that is the cost and then added they don't ship to the US.

Placed an order on 23rd of March
Placed an order on 23rd of March. Site closed 24th March and said it would honour all sales up to 24th. Still havent received my order. Have sent them multiple emails. Yet to receive an email. Down 45 pounds. Disappointing experience.
Update** 12th of May. Still havent received the product. Did not get a reply to my email in regards to a refund.

Good customer service experience and reliable product
Emailed the sales team about my order and immediately got a reply. Order was a bit delayed but for understandable reasons. The rep was very helpful to get my order delivered in time.

Price increases due to Global Health Pandemic!
The listing said 10 face masks.
I received just one (1)
Customer service said, it was meant to be just one.
For £16 a face mask... over £23 with delivery...
This is price hiking due to the Global Health Crisis... I will be returning my order and never use Express Safety EVER AGAIN!

Good experience overall
There was a minor delay in my delivery, but they did take steps to remedy that (with a little encouragement on my part).
Otherwise, they responded quickly to emails, and supplied the products I ordered in the condition I expected them in. I won’t hesitate to order from them again.

In general we've had fantastic reviews of the TrueTouch "Work Black" gloves and I hope you find that, with use, they are more durable then they may appear.
With regard to prices, B & Q don't sell gloves lower than a pound a pair (online at least) and, from a quick inspection, none of them offer the same level of certified protection as the TrueTouch. If you can provide a link to a comparable pair at a cheaper price than 69p I would be grateful!
