Great gloves, great price, high delivery cost!
Safety gloves I ordered are great and were a great price delivery cost was very high however especially for a light package. When checking out dpd next day delivery was the only option?? Would have rathered more delivery options at check out but other than that everything OK

With regard to shipping, we aim to get people's orders to them as quickly as possible, hence Next Day delivery is standard. We also offer free shipping on orders over £75. The majority of our customers qualify for this but we are aware that for those purchasing small orders the shipping cost can be an issue.
Unfortunately in order for us to supply our customers as quickly as possible, our relationship with DPD doesn't allow for a cheaper, slower option. That said, should we have enough feedback on this issue, it is something we can look into in the future.

We will look at improving the information available on Honeywell products - indeed all our products - so this doesn't happen again. I bought some wellies and ordered the wrong size there was no return form and it was so difficult as well as costly to get them returned and order the right size also so after all that they went to next door and driver wouldn't leave then because I didn't live there so I now don't know where they are again and don't have a no to phone anyone so won't be buying from safety again HARD WORK
