Wyatt did an excellent job of correcting a commercial invoice so that I could send it to the ship to person. He saved a reshipment of the order because UPS was in the process of returning the shipment. Thanks Wyatt.

Accidentally put incorrect details on my order and promptly contacted Customer Support to ask for help fixing it. Was asked to call CST and ask them. Was treated fairly, had my questions answered calmly, and managed to clear the issue in well under five minutes.

Customer service was super friendly, helpful and solved the issue with ease. I had a wonderful experience.

Got an email this morning that before shipping my order they needed a screenshot of my bank account in order to ship my order. I thought that was really sketchy. I’ve ordered from this site for years and have never had an issue. I called customer service and no one was able to help tell me why or even if my order is all set? So I’m in limbo right now…..is my order coming or not?

Was able to get a duplicate order canceled and refunded!

I sent an email last night to customer service to help with my order before it’s shipped today. Wyatt was very helpful and everything was added smoothly to my order, and saved me the additional shipping charge!

I placed an order, and put in the wrong address, I emailed the company. Wyatt one of the customer service representatives emailed me back, after a few missed calls, I was able to resolve the issue,. Everyone I spoke with at the company we're very polite, and professional. I will definitely do business with them again

There was a website glitch and my order shipped to an incorrect address. They swiftly returned the order and shipped it out to the correct address.

I have been shopping with XR for quite some time now, and they are the absolute best! 1 item in my order ended up being on backorder when I called and spoke to Wyatt he was very very helpful. Gave me a couple options and item shipped out the same day. Very pleasant to deal with.

First, I love the selection of toys that they have. A few months ago, I ordered a few toys and one of the toys was defective (the battery wouldnt hold a charge). I called up and they issued a refund with store credit, no questions asked. Fast forward a few months -- the toy becomes back in stock, I called up, and was easily able to use my store credit.

I love their site and will always go there first!

Whenever I had a question about my order. They were very prompt with answers. Give me any relevant info I needed. Polite customer support staff.

I was so happy that Wyatt stated that ER would replace the recent order at no charge!
I did not have to return the broken items either!
Other than this hiccup, I am very happy with ER product lines and will continue to recommend and purchase from this reputable company.

Ship items to a country where they aren’t compatible with electrical sockets. No warnings, no refund. Shipping is expensive and slow. Never again.

Update. A refund wasn’t offered, I had to lodge a case with PayPal. And you insisted the items be shipped back, even though they could not be resold. Such a waste of time and resources.
