Thank you for your feedback. All customs wait times and fees are determined by the importing country and are unfortunately outside of our control. Since we are a U.S. company, all charges are billed in USD. The option to view prices in other currencies is provided as a courtesy to our international customers, but the final charge depends on the conversion rate at the time of purchase. This is standard when shopping with international companies.

Regarding your interaction with Adriana, she was correct in explaining that a refund would not be issued, as the charge itself was processed in USD. The displayed CAD amount was only an estimate for your reference, and the final amount is always subject to currency conversion.

As a U.S.-based company, we operate under different consumer protection laws than those in the EU. Our site clearly states our 30-day warranty policy for electronic items, which can be found here: Information for Exchanges. While we’re not able to offer returns or replacements outside of that window, we always want to do what we can to make things right—hence the 20% coupon we provided.
