Commande passée sans difficulté. Article à 355€ avec 28€ de frais d’envoi. Jusque là, tout va bien; sauf que DHL m’a contactée qq jours après pour me réclamer… 93€ de frais en plus (tva + frais de dossier DHL). J’ai contacté le vendeur par mail et il m’a été répondu qu’ils n’y pouvaient rien et qu’ils refusaient de faire un geste commercial. J’ai donc payé les 93€ pour avoir mon article mais je suis vraiment dégoûtée et j’ai vraiment l’impression d’avoir été prise pour un pigeon !

Pricing is misleading and shipping is super expensive.

You pay ~500GBP for a car part,
than another that (550 GBP just for shipping it, ok it is big but there are way cheaper options to ship it with tracking),
and then you need to pay local tax (VAT) when receiving it (for EU customers).

Misleading as the shipping in many cases is not know until you already buy and pay for a product.

Website is bad and has issues/bugs.

It would appear that i am not alone in my experience - see other reviews from outside the UK!
Ordered a signed shirt, all good and prompt service. However, due to Brexit and the company being in the UK, I received a notification from local Tax Services that in order to receive the shipment i would need to pay half the price of the item again to receive it. I understand that this is not the companies fault. It should be made very clear on the website that Non UK buyers will be subject to these charges. (others have had a similar experience!)
I contacted the company who informed me that this was stated on their site. It is, and it is not very obvious. As a result the item was returned via the shipping company.
I was then informed it would be up to 14 days for the refund to be processed (At this stage they have had my money for over a month!). Only on day 13 and after me chasing have i received notifcation of the refund. Poor show..

This company charges EU customers the equivalent of the GB£ price, including VAT, but you then have to pay import duties. Here is my example.
Right now, the company has a mini Helmet for £199, including VAT. When you order from a Euro country, they automatically convert this to €234.95. You then have to pay VAT and import duties based on €234.95.
F1 Authentics should not be charging non-UK customers VAT, as they don't have to remit it to HMRC.
The correct price they should be charging is £199 minus £33.16 VAT = £165.83, converted to €195.22. Customers would then pay the local VAT and import duties based on the pre-UK VAT price and would also not be paying UK VAT.
I pointed this out to customer service over a year ago, and they still continue with this practice.
I've been in touch with F1's marketing department, and a few of the F1 teams, and they all agree that this is very poor practice that is ripping customers off.

The items are great. I got several items.

The communication is poor. Several times asked about when some items will be shipped but no reaction.

There are no responses to emails or messages via the website.

I can't rate this company highly enough!! The merchandise they sell is amazing and I have purchased several items now. Yeah, OK, some of it is a little pricey but theres plenty of stuff at different price ranges, so theres always something for everyone. Their delivery is great. Everything comes by a decent and trustworthy courier company, the items are always well packaged and sent out quickly. But its their customer service that stands out for me. It is without a doubt, at an outstanding level. If you need to contact them, they are friendly and professional. They reply to messages the same day (often the same hour!!) and they genuinely seem to care about their customers. If you have any issues or problems, they seem to have this determination about having to solve it for you. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for more unusual or more special, F1 merchandise.

I selected a signed Alonso hat after the Canadian GP which was unavailable due to a technical error. The team worked with me to choose a great replacement (signed Ocon print) and shipped it out quickly.

Bought a Checkered flag product but had a little trouble with the website. The customer service agent Drew was extremely helpful and resolve not 1 but 2 issues. Great communication and very understanding. Will shop here again.

Excellent service, delivery, products and a great company. I had won at auction a Lando Norris Race Worn and Signed balaclava. Super easy and quick payment and delivery was excellent and quick. Can’t rate them highly enough. Thank you!

I bought a photo that was meant to be signed by Oscar Piastri and it was a very faint scribble with an old silver pen that was dry up. I had to point the signature out to people and everyone said cant even see it.
Then i complained and all i got was a "use this link to send it back". You have to use your freight costs back to the UK so it will cost you another $200 and it comes with about 50 disclaimers. Get them to send a photo of it before they send it.

I did contact them and they would not organise for it to be returned. still sitting in my room in the original box and wrapping.

I have purchased a number of F1 Memorabilia items from F1 Authentics, from Racewear, to Helmets, to a growing collection of Signed Caps; and certainly a trusted ‘go to’ for me. I’ve always been particularly impressed with the range and the quality of the packaging for safe receipt, and also found their customer service very helpful as on a couple of occasions, and no faults of theirs, I have had to contact them

Because F1 Authentics is set in UK, we gotta pay Taxes, lots of it. I bought something for 130, had to pay 50 for delivery and then on top another 60 for taxes. 60 taxes for 130 purchase? XD

Packages always come sealed, as described and in perfect shape. I have purchased many breathtaking items from here and couldn't be more satisfied!

I ordered a mini helmet and it arrived in great condition. As well as arriving ahead of the expected delivery date. I will definitely be order more from F1 Authentics.

Absolutely fantastic company who went out of their way to ensure that my purchase arrived in time for my Sons special birthday.

My order was processed and shipped right away. The item was received in the USA a few days later. Overall very fast and efficient. As an avid F1 fan my son loved his gift!
