I recently ordered "Sebastian Vettel Limited-Edition 2022 Bodywork & Photo – Abu Dhabi GP × 1" memorabilia from the F1 Authentics website. The website experience was very smooth with good UI and UX, which helped me to better explore what I was looking for.

However, the best part about them is their Customer Service team. I made a request for having a specific edition of my memorabilia and was greeted very pleasantly by Alice, one of their Customer Service representative. She made sure that my request was passed on to the production team, which I feel was very kind of her. To be frank, talking with someone who is willing to help you even for something trivial made a happy mark on my memory. For such great customer service from Alice, I would be looking forward for my next purchase on the F1 Authentics website.

Also, I hope and wish that the F1 Authentics team continues to provide such awesome products and wonderful customer service for F1 fans like us so that we are able to enjoy this amazing sport.

Everything went really smooth and easy. The only thing was the shipping was a little expensive. But the product came safe and it looks great on my wall.

Disappointed with the fact I had to pay an additional $722 duty which wasn't realized until I received an email from customs demanding payment, plus another $500 delivery to get this to Australia. When I tried to speak to customer service at F1 Authentics they just sent me screenshots of their small print T&Cs - by that time the 14-day refund time had elapsed so there was no chance of getting my money back. I would honestly say it's not worth it and there is no proof that this was actually used in the race it could just be a decorated rim. Do not use this business. You can see they already have more than 50% bad reviews... I can't see them staying in business much longer - Scammers

Customer service provided by Joanne was excellent. Very polite and solved my problem promptly. Fantastic service from Joanne. Would recommend buying from this company based on her service.

This site is a scam. I won 2 auctions over 4 months ago, paid immediately and still don't have my items. 1 was a Magnussen race used suit from Miami 2022 and the other an Alonso race used balaclava from Imola 2022. I've written multiple emails and spoke to a lady directly several times who said sometimes these items will take several weeks to ship. We're well over 16 weeks now and not even an update. She also said their new policy is to only auction items once they are in their possession yet they are running auctions for several race used items already for the US Grand Prix and it hasn't been run yet. One has to believe that not only don't they deliver but more than likely the items are fakes. You'd be better off buying something from Bay than these crooks.

I purchased a “name on the flag” from here. It’s all arrived as described, including the photo of the flag being waved, and also as described your name may not actually appear. No problem there… but the picture shows the flag upside down.
I’ve found all the contact details for the FIA including the CEO, and have emailed them asking the legitimacy of f1authentics to be selling formula 1 products.
I’ll update when I have an answer.

I placed an order in July was told there was a four week delay. On 13 September still not received it so I cancelled my order. It is now 23 September and I am still waiting for a refund, which they seem reluctant to do. I have reported them to trading standards.

Ordered an item that said it would be available in 6 weeks time, next day I decided it was going to arrive to late. No problem I thought, its a pre order so I can cancel it, wrong the say they cannot cancel an order unless it has gone past the shipping date. What retailer cannot cancel an order when nothing (except taking the payment) has been processed yet. When you order just remember you are not dealing with F1 you are dealing with a company that just wants to take your money and hold on to it.

Great experience. Ordered a checkered flag square with name printed on it for Monaco race. Delivery was smooth (arrived a few days earlier than estimated date of dlvy) and it is absolutely beautiful. Awesome company. Thank you!

I ordered a signed helmet in august 2021 and still haven’t received it. This was suppose to be shipped in September 2021. Today we are end of may 2022 and I don’t have any news about shipping. This means that I have 400€ in the wild for 9 months, do you realise?

Customer service keeps telling me it’s coming soon since last year. But in April they told me there was an “error” on the display case plaque. Is it normal to wait 2 months for a plate?

This will unfortunately be my last order on this site the shipping dates are wrong, I do not recommend ordering signed items unless you are prepared to wait a year...

Make sure you pay via PayPal. I ordered x2 items during an Easter holiday with a 10% discount. For whatever reason the second item didn’t apply the discount at the final step prior to purchase. I contacted them straight away but due to the bank holiday both items shipped prior to the customer services team picking up my email. There was no offer to apply the discount retrospectively and I was told I might like the item and decide to keep it. This annoyed me so I decided I didn’t want anything to do with f1authentics so refused delivery and both items were returned to sender. Then the fun started and the customer service team said they didn’t have the items and I would need to chase DHL. They weren’t prepared to speak to DHL themselves because they don’t have a returns process that caters for this???

This is what I was up against …

We do not offer a returns service and therefore do not track returns on your behalf. Full details of this can be found within our returns section which I have provided below and highlighted the areas that will assist you further.”

Fortunately a work colleague mentioned raising a claim through PayPal and they decided in my favour after reviewing the case and clearly seeing the items had been returned to the sender address on the paperwork.

I think I would have had serious trouble getting my money back from this company without Paypal.
