Unfortunately having used this garage for years with our five cars, even bought the lads a tin of chocolates at Xmas, I will never use them again due to being fraudulently overcharged TWICE and coincidental faults to my daughters car following its MOT. the first time I was overcharged I simply saw it as an oversight. The second time the regional manager confirmed there was an investigation taking place. I got a refund and an apology but that was it. Daughters car went in for its MOT and wouldn’t start on picking it up. Starter motor had miraculously broke. They couldn’t offer it back to me for independent tests and refused to refund it. Then the replacement starter motor broke. And since then, the central locking fuse keeps blowing. Wrote to the CEO who couldn’t be bothered to reply. Avoid avoid avoid. Theres plenty of other garages to spend my money at in the area.
What’s the point of contacting Customer Serviceif your CEO can’t be bothered to take this seriously??

Booked a puncture repair and arrived on the day for the pm slot given. No booking recorded. The online system took payment without booking at the branch. This possible fraudulent overbooking and taking of payment is because the online system is not a booking and the branch says you need to phone.
The system is incorrectly set up to overbook the site and not honour the contract created when payment is taken.

Bunch of Heroes! We broke down outside, they put the car on the ramp and had a look and did what they could to try and fix our MG but didn't have the part we needed. They rung around local parts dealers for us to try and get it but noone had the part in. As we aren't local we needed to get back to Kent and helped us with tow option, they let us use the loo and fed us hoola hoops. Craig and all the staff there couldn't have been more helpful
Or friendly. Can’t thank them All enough!
Replaced back box on my renault scenic
In January.
The bracket they fashioned for it has given way so i took it elsewhere who informed the back box isn't even the correct.one for the car.
So that was a waste of £270.00
Won't be going back

Excellent service. Use F1 Basingstoke for all our cars. Friendly, helpful, super efficient team. Always go the extra mile and make you feel valued as a customer. So refreshing to experience customer service as it should be. Used these guys for a few years now and highly recommend. Thank you Dan and the team.

There staff are so friendly and are always so helpful. They are quick but also thorough and insure to keep you updated with what they are doing on your car. In the past they have also recommended other places to go if they know it will be cheaper elsewhere.
I have always used my Nissan Dealer for all my services since I brought the car back in 2015, they have in the past couple of years changed franchise, my service history was not transferred over and each service they always found something wrong and the cost of repairs was getting out of hand. Formula One Autocentres was service price was almost half quoted by my dealership, the kept me informed on what was going on and when my car would ready for collection. No hidden extra's, at the end of it, just some minor advisories.
I will definetley be using them again. :-)
F1 Autos gave me the best price for new tyres, efficient and quick as well.
Since late last year I've been losing pressure in on tyre.
I went over to see F1 Autos and they were booked up for a day so I went elsewhere and they couldn't find a puncture and said perhaps someone was letting the tyre down on purpose.
The Ford app notified me of the pressure drops and it was at random timese.
I checked a couple of times as it alerted me and there was no one there.
I went back to F1 Autos today and they booked it in for me on the same day.
The problem was the wheel, they beaded it up and now all ok.
When it first happened I shouldn't have been impatient and should have booked it in with F1 autos and it would have been fixed late last year.
Lesson well and truly learned!
I also told a friend about their tyre prices and he went to them as like me they gave the best price.
I have used Formula One in Basingstoke for about 10 years. I needed new tyres and booked in. They appeared to have a new manager, who I found very sarcastic and truculent. On arrival I asked for the 2 new tyres to be fitted to the front and the front near side to be put in the offside rear. (This was the one with the puncture) He replied that I couldn’t do that as it would put my sensors off. I have done this in the past and said so and he huffed and said my choice. After waiting for an hour went up to him and asked how much longer it would be, bearing in mind i have had 2 tyres done here before and previously only taken 10 minutes, for him to respond with a shrug of his arms and say to me it was because I wanted them all swapped around. Anyway over an hour later, I drive home and my nearside front tyre psi was 46 when the rest of them were 35! My husband had to let some air out of it!! This could have been very dangerous. I will not be using them ever again.
WELL I HAVE EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICES. As per the response from my review…..AND NO RESPONSE ! THAT SAYS A LOT ABOUT A COMPANY!!!!?

Excellent price and service. Would use again and recommend.
Ordered a new tyre online over Christmas and arranged for it to be fitted to my vehicle at the Basingstoke branch on January 2nd. Email received said to arrive 15 minutes before the appointment which I did only need to find out that the branch was shut. Really helpful to have this information on the email might be worth revising that.
When the branch opened, I told the gentleman reception which wheel needed to be replaced giving free unique references i.e The brand of the tyre that needed to come off, where it was on the vehicle and that it was the odd one out (i.e. the other three tyres that need to stay on the vehicle were the same brand as the one that I had ordered). I had asked to keep the tire that was coming off the vehicle for a project and requested that it was left in my boot. Really glad I’d asked for this given the issues I experienced.
I was hoping that given that it was only one wheel that needed changing it wouldn’t take them more than about 20 minutes, especially as there they were only a couple of other vehicles there. 45-ish minutes later I see my vehicles being brought out the front have a look at the tyre that should’ve come off and it looked the same as the one that was there beforehand. I’m having issues bending down so I took the car home for my husband to have a look and he confirmed that it was the tyre that was there when I gave them the keys earlier that morning. I picked up my laptop as I was supposed to be working from 9:00 went back to the garage and asked them to remove the tyre that should’ve been removed and put the one that they took off incorrectly back on the vehicle. I proceeded to sit in the waiting room on a work meeting for the duration of this change, but that was for 20/25 minutes I was waiting. Very little in terms of an apology from the individuals working that day.
As if the issues with my wheel change weren’t enough the waiting room was incredibly cold. I sat there with my coat on for the duration of my visit floor was also very slippery which is not helpful when you’re using crutches.
Incredibly dissatisfied with the service. They will not be getting either of my vehicles ever again!

I booked an online fitting through
Blackcircles in Basingstoke. They were organised and efficient. They also corrected the tyre pressures left from a mobile fitter that had failed to change my 2 fronts a few days previously.
Visited the Basingstoke branch. Great customer service and very reasonably priced, will definitely be using Formula One Autocentres Basingstoke again.
Very helpful staff, excellent prices. Highly recommended.
The lads here are always really friendly, honest and give a decent price.
Last month I had work done to complete a pass on MOT & they stayed after hours to complete for me. Going over & above to I could strand hospital in Shampton the next day. Highly recommend. Won’t go anywhere else. Thanks again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Best service received from any garage I’ve been too. Just needed a simple tire change but unfortunately did not have a locking wheel nut key, instead of trying to upsell things and make me pay for things I did not need to the guys in there recommend a place to get one. Ended up getting the key free of charge took it back to Formula One Auto centre and they had the tire changed within 20 minutes. Hassle free, friendly service from the guys at the Basingstoke branch. Would recommend.
This now my 4th year of using Formula one for service and mot for both my car and my wife's. I find the service I receive is always first class. I have every faith that the work carried out is excellent. Formula one I am sure can be beaten price wise from other less reputable garages but to me it's about the standard of work and trust I place in them. Thank you for your high standards and keep it up.
Had a tyre replaced and not happy that I was offered a cheaper price for tracking if I paid in cash.

really saved the day !!!!!!!!!!
Absolutely disgusting and rude service. Booked my tyres via etyres, received a call from the Formula 1 Basingstoke, the man on the line was rude and shouted at me that they don't have any time to fit me in and I am not their customer. I will never come back obviously.
