From the moment I arrived I was made to feel welcome. I was met by friendly and very helpful staff. Good reliable service. Provided some helpful tips.
Thoroughly pleased and will use them again.

They were cheerful and thorough today when I called In with a puncture problem. Sorted and I was soon on the road again

They had what we needed in stock and the staff were friendly and polite. The waiting time wasn’t too bad either.

Stuart and his team are always friendly, really helpful and always willing to help. Nothing is too much trouble
whether I need a full service, tyres, brakes or have a puncture. I would always recommend them to anyone asking for a local, very reliable and honest garage.

Visited Formula One on a few occasions over the past couple of weeks with various problems.

Booked my car in for an MOT, as Usual I left it to the last minute to have the MOT done, 2 Days before it expired.
I got a phone call to say unfortunately it had failed.
The work required wasn’t anywhere near as bad or as much as I expected, Stuart explained everything in great detail about what was needed - Wiper Blades, and a Headlight bulb.
I asked about some issues that I had been told about when I had it serviced in December at another garage who said both lower suspension arms were heavily corroded and the bushes were worn and needed to be replaced before it’s next MOT!! Stuart explained that if that was the case it would have been picked up by the MOT Tester, being concerned he double checked and confirmed this was not the case, they were both absolutely fine.
I’ll definitely be back to F1 for future services!! Honest and trustworthy people!!

Great service. Cant fault them. Speedy work too.

Phone up and booked in to have a set of tyres fitted, nearly a week ago. Turned up on time and eventually got told their is nearly a 3 hour wait. Asked if my tyres were ordered and ready and the guy checked on the computer. Tyres were not even ordered. What a shambolic bunch. Certainly wont be going back there again. If it was possible to give zero stars, that would of been more apt.

Had an MOT at F1 Bolton Road Stevenage and needed a new tyre, went above and beyond to get the tyre for next working day and fitted it and re-done the MOT for me even though it was close to closing time. Thank you so much. Highly recommend

I always used F1 on Boulton Rd, their service is exceptional, customer service is on point. They are always happy to help. Branch Manager Stuart is always helpful and always goes out of his way to try and help with resolving any issues. 5 star

Used boulten road for two separate MOT. Really great service, mechanic's had good knowledge and approachable even when it was close to closing time! Would use again.

They kept my car for 3 days for 2 tires and a bulb. They promised it would be ready in a day. I lost a weekend because of them.I don't recommend him

Have taken my car here a number of times for different issues. They’ve always been honest and very good with prices and very quick workers. Dropped my car off last night for an issue to be fixed this morning, and fixed and ready to go once again. Most reliable garage around here will always take my car there and have recommended to family and friends too. Thanks guys :)

Always receive great service at the Boulton road, Stevenage site, Just had an MOT and 2 new tyres fitted and have an MOT and air con service for my other car booked in.

I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else. Some places really spoke down to me and made me feel stupid because I am a woman but the staff at Formula1 were helpful and friendly.
Always happy to help and give advice.
I never feel ripped off after using them.
