Joined the site through their own website link, but after signing up didn't get the free spins promised. Live chat told me the offer didnt exist, though it was clearly advertised on their url. Swiftly withdrew and closed account.

I was looking at the site as it said deposit £10 play with £60. I was then passed to their service team who then came back asking 20 questions including passport details etc. it wasn't worth it to play a game of bingo. I have since looked at the reviews and think it was a wise decision. I am not a big gambler but it seems they put silly amounts you can deposit a week. I only play on Tombola and mostly deposit £5 a time and play 10p games so I'm probably not the customer they are looking for anyway!

Responsible Gaming dept gave me £4,000 week limit and £2,000 a day. Here’s where their lack of any sense shines through. They’ve insisted on a max £300 month loss limit. So basically as I play max spins if I have a slow start within 15 mins I could be unable to play again for a month !! Makes no sense, it’s the most basic of basics that we gamers may need to put in a few hundred before start getting a bonus or two and hopefully turning tables.
This has got to be the most backward casino I’ve ever played - obviously I’ve reverted to more solid casino like Genting ( where I’m Platinum and treated like it).

I have been a member for a long time however only used it again recently. I was lucky and won £50 but when I tried to withdraw it I was informed I needed to verify my account (they were quick enough to take the deposit)
I sent required ID (passport and letter with address)
Photo ID fine
Letter with address not. So I sent another. Now this is where it gets confusing. I got 1 email telling me my account had been verified. Then another telling me they needed more information.
I needed to take a picture of myself holding up my passport. And worryingly a picture of the front and back of my debit card!
I have disputed the fact I have an email saying they have verified my account yet they have still not let me into the account to withdraw!
I get emails all through the day and night from them and after reading the reviews I do believe this site needs looking into.
Avoid at all costs!

I actually wanted to give it a try but after reading so many bad reviews I don't want to spend my money on it. It's really sad that so many were not able to withdraw the winnings, not great when you read something like that I wonder why the rating is still so highly praised as a good site. Its really not easy to choose.

After signing up, I deposited and spent it on Bingo 90 Deal or No Deal. Then I got a £50 welcome bonus, which I used in the same bingo room. After winning some pounds that appeared in my cash balance, NOT as a BONUS, I decided to play slots and unbelievably lucked out with a £6500 win. I withdrew £400 and went to sleep. The next day, I saw the withdrawal was successful, but a few hours later, my account got closed without any explanation. I only received a response over a day later after reaching out to support. Here's what they said:

''After checking your account, I am sorry to say that due to breach of our terms of use, your winnings from bonus funds are no longer redeemable and your account is closed.''

Clearly, the reason is the big win that they don't want to pay out to players.

Company states you can withdraw your winnings at any time,this is untrue. They offered a welcome bonus which I never received because I withdrew my winnings even though I still played the £10 wager as required. Seems like anyone could be conned this way. They take your cash but don't want to give the stated bonus.
Would have left zero stars but there isn't that option!
