I took a look around this site before joining and thought it looked good with a good choice of bingo rooms and colourful website. Joined and was fine for a few days, won a few pence, then found the website was taking forever to load which becomes frustrating when trying to spin the free daily wheel but taking til gone midnight to log on! Then to complete the disappointment I couldn't log in at all as it said my user details where incorrect (even though I used the auto fill and nothing had changed). I tried several times to reset password but never received the emails. As a last attempt I emailed customer service, twice. Still haven't received a reply, shame because I was looking forward to playing.

Keep trying to verify my account, nothing I send seems to be good enough, driving licence, hgv driving licence, birth certificate, all fails, they know more about me than my wife does, wonder if it will be preferred underwear preference next

Would give zero if possible. The safer gambling tools are a joke to this site .After contacting support twice with concerns over my lack of control ,to be assured there were deposit limits on my account and reality checks .They lied there was none of these implemented and they are the most awful customer services I've ever come across.AVOID AVOID AVOID

Those thieves aren't even bothered that they obviously scamming and rigging games.How on earth is possible that game give you exactly the same amount of money every time you get a bonus and dosnt matter on what stake.Tried 3 different stakes each time game payed my from bonus the same amount of money.They are scumbags without dignity and they thinking people are as stupid as they are to believe that this is random.They should have their license suspended for good as that site is poor example of the casino
