6 months out I'm delighted I've chosen FantasticStay. I'm particularly fond of their Inbox and the ability to use whatsapp and text messages. The messaging automations are amazing! Managed to automate most of my communication and add 8 new owners in the last 2 months! Asen was super helpful with onboarding and their support team respond quick to my inquiries. Also just made a new website on the back of their Black Friday promo, so far very easy to set up and hope to get some sweet direct bookings this Christmas:)

Horrible customer support. They were good in the beginning - cheap prices, fast system setup, however as we expanded and added properties into our portfolio, the system could not support our operations anymore. We are suffering with several rate and availability discrepancies and customer support does not really help.

Do not purchase this product! It's really a nightmare.
It's full of system bugs, really slow and absolutely not user friendly.
The worse system I faced in my life!

Nice product, features & support for a fraction of the price of competitors. Even that managing the reservations was a little bit tricky at first, I have to say that now it is easy to use and offers lots of options.
The one feature we miss is synchronization with our Gmail inbox, I hope you will provide that service in the near future.

Property managing software needs a basic frature calender Api sync for all listing. They have every thing but this basic feature , useless My 20%of listing has double booking , and more than a week can not finalize my calender.
I do not recommended for more than 40 properties, not their cup if tea to handle.
VREASY WAS A BETER SOLUTION.

This is a very nice and friendly to use software. Also the free version done what promise and the support is excellent. I am very satisfied with fantasticstay. For sure it worth to use this software.

Same as last reviewer. They hijacked my Airbnb listings without my permission. Suddenly I had no control over my calendar. Very stressful getting to the bottom of it. Said I signed up in February which never did, with some 'subdonain' I had never used. Beware of dodgy tactics!

Working with FS is such pleasure! From previous experience the pain comes from we couldn't get good hold of customer services in case of training and ad-hoc questions, Dimitar and Rumen from FS are gentlemen that easily accessible and get quick turnaround. There are some features we are looking to enhance and we can see the changes are happening and will be feasible sometime soon enough. I'm confident using FS, best PMS so far!

Just getting started with fantastic stay and I love it! I've worked with many other PMS and this is the best platform. Looking forward to growing my business with them.

FantasticStay is a constant developing platform that I started using a while ago, so far it helped me manage and grow my property management business and my short term rentals and with the automations it made it hassle and stress free. Great product, features & support for a fraction of the price of competitors. Absolutely love the integration with Asana - this is a real bonus for us.

This is our third channel manager and hopefully our last! Really happy with these guys and would definitely recommend to anyone.

I’ve used a few channel managers so far and this is the best I’ve found. I have found the guys to be responsive at adding new features and listening to what features I require.
There are still some things that need ironing out and developing, but on the whole this is the best solution I have found.
They are just introducing me to a flat rate payment option which should create savings for us which is a good thing :)
Ivan and the team are very friendly and amenable and aim to please and sort things out as quickly as they can. They also put up with my constant questions and Improvement suggestions.
The recent link with Zapier (although currently in Beta version) as it means we can link with other apps making life more simple (Google spreadsheets, Podio, etc). Especially pleased we can now link to Xero our accounting software via Zapier as well to create invoices and other payment options. This really will be a game changer.

I currently manage 26 listings and am adding listings quickly. I needed a PMS that had a robust set of features that our company could scale with. After spending many hours researching different options, I believe I’ve found that with FantasticStay. Also, I refuse to give a percentage of my revenue to any software company so FantasticStay’s flat monthly rate works great for us. It is much more affordable than my previous software (Hostaway) and offers many more features. I’ve been using the software for the last nine months and am excited to continue as our company grows.

Also I noticed on a previous review that someone said
“But if you're in the US and you charge a base rate for the room and add the local taxes on top, then forget this software, it doesn't support that kind of billing.... The tax fields are missing! And they cannot be configured by listing”.

If this was accurate at the time of the review, it no longer is. I live in the US and add taxes on top of the nightly rate.

Having a partner like FantasticStay that has created a solution that matches our business needs has transformed the way we work. Before we would have to work around tools to do what we need, and now we are able to focus on executing our business. This has created the ability for us to be more efficient and get the information we need to execute our vision.
