Customer service is horrible. Communication is zero. Product is maybe a 1.5/10. Also do not switch to their new thing Vanio it is also a terrible product.

Best PMS we've worked with thus far...
Transitioning to Fantastic Stay as our PMS has been such a breath of fresh air in an industry that continually feels behind the 8-ball with its technology offerings. Contrary to other PMS companies we've worked with, Fantastic Stay is both intuitive and robust with its features that alleviate property management headaches. If you find there's something the PMS does not currently offer, but you think will be beneficial for your company or other operators, Ivan, the founder, is easily accessible, and will add the request to his developer's pipeline of feature updates so it gets worked on right away. We've had some requests integrated in just a few days time, and others within a month. I spent months looking for a solution that would successfully allow us to automate our business and I feel confident that I've finally found one.

Great product
Great product, handles everything our company needs and support is always available and ready to help. This software provides all the features I had been looking for in a channel manger, but could not find in one product. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic !
The agility and speed of new feature development in the FantasticStay is on another level – that has really allowed us to scale! We have tried few products before, but they were solving only partially the needs that we have. For us, the importance of being heard and provided with solutions fast is extremely important! I am looking forward partnering with FS Team

An absolute game changer in Airbnb property management! We have 80+ properties and FantasticStay makes our life far less hectic and paralysed in terms of operations. We could not have done it without them. Robust features, first class customer support. Highly recommended!
