Not really sure why so many people complain about their product or claim that they're scamming people. Which I believe to be far from the truth. I've ordered from them at least 5 times already(I think) and never had any problems with them. Every now and then they might be slow to respond to questions or concerns but I'm pretty sure they're a small operation. I've always got my order 2 days later since I order express and has always shipped out same day. Quality Is also great. Keep doing your thing over there. You're doing great.

A bit pricy but has great customer service, fast shipping and the legitimacy makes it worth it. Been using fantiastic for quite a while now and they have never let me down. Used to switch between different companies to save some money but will just be sticking with fantiastic now as I have never had a bad experience. I respect them for always keeping their word. As long as the the quality of the product stays consistent and the price does not skyrocket I will always be coming back. Thank you fantiastic hope you stay around forever.

TP has always been good to me. I've probably ordered over 25 times and if you order in the morning they ship the same day I always get my order in four days. Good customer service. They always respond to my emails. I wish it was cheaper but their price is inline with all the other companies of this sort which is a shame because I know you can get it dirt cheap from China if you buy in bulk and have the right connection these guys are making a killing off us. I used to get it for four dollars a gram from some chick from China I met on Facebook but min order was 100g. I don't have that kind of money anymore. Just saying.

I won’t to say this company is the best best. No need to shop anywhere else They have the highest quality, the best shipping and prices and they always get back with you. Sometimes it’s pretty fast sometimes not so fast but they are busy but they always will get back with you. Great company and great product I recommend to if you are buying elsewhere you’re getting a short ended of the stick

Have been using them weekly for almost a year or so. I have always sent them business and given them rave reviews, but the past 3 or 4 orders have been continually worse than the one before. I contacted them a week or so ago and sent them photos of the 15g I had received.. it was NOT THE SAME QUALITY as before. It was probably 75% cut. Even this did not bother me as much as the horrible way the cut made me feel. It makes you dizzy, thick headed, and unrelentingly nauseas. It is one of the worst feelings I have ever felt. Actually felt exactly like the weird fluffy stuff that Direct started using last year. Anyway, I emailed them and they didn't really seem to believe me, even with the photos provided and me constantly repeating that I did not want a refund or replacement or anything, i just wanted them to know that whatever they were sending out now was making people SICK as dogs. I am part of a email group that shares reviews of Tia vendors since we cant talk about them on the Reddit subs and several others in the group were throwing up, too. After we talked through email I told Fantiastic I would give them one more shot since they had been such a great supplier for the past year. I ordered another 20g and sadly it was worse than the 15g order. The product does not clump up like Tianeptine is supposed to and it is a weird fluffy substance that never gets sticky and will make you wish you were dead when ingested. I did a very small amount compared to my normal dose and 20 minutes later i was projectile vomiting in my kitchen sink and my muscles were tense and achy like i had the flu. i left the entire order out for 2 days to see if it would clump up like it should and while it seemed to clump up (i was so excited for a minute!) once you go to move one of the clumps or scoop one up, they fall apart into a dry dust again and that's when I finally decided to write this review.
In short: Whether they are practicing a bait and switch (this is common in the Tia game.. you get good product at first and then they slowly send you worse and worse) or if they have just decided to do a quick money grab, i don't know. What i do know is that THEIR PRODUCT IS NOT THE SAME AND WILL MAKE YOU FEEL SICK TO YOUR STOMACH AND UNABLE TO FUNCTION FOR SEVERAL HOURS nowadays. I urge anyone using Tia from these companies to set your product out and see if it TRULY clumps up and stays clumped up when moved around. This is your best shot at verifying authenticity at home. cheers and good luck to everyone out there!

I had a problem with my old vendor so went searching for a new one. I found these guys that claimed to have great quality which seems to be lacking recently. They have the highest quality stuff that I have seen in over 2 years, shipping and communication always perfect. I will not ever use or recommend anyone else. This should be your only stop.

Fantiastic has been my go to for Tia online. The customer service is 💯% AMAZING. Anytime I have had a question or needed something, they have always been really fast to get back to me, always within minutes. The powder is great quality and very consistent. I screwed up and ordered from Quicktianeptine.com once because I thought they were cheaper, and they weighed their container and silica packet in with the powder weight and I got jipped badly. I’ve always checked weight and Fantiastic has always been spot on. Packaging has been great. Just pay the extra $40-50 and get it shipped UPS overnight. I always choose UPS Overnight before 12pm and it’s usually on my doorstep by 10am. I’ve always had it before 12pm

Be Warned! I've been a customer for over a year. Almost every week I gave this company my money. However after paying through cashapp instead of shipping my order they canceled it. I'm not sure if they are exit scamming. But I gave these people there money via cashapp "$fti400 Joanne" and they completely ghosted me. So this company is now a scam be warned before you give them your money.
