Good product, fast shipping and communicative.

Good Quality product! I got my shipment with this vendor faster with regular shipping vrs a different vendor I paid 30 for express! That’s what I call EXCELLENT customer service.

I've used other vendors in the past but so far fantiastic has the best customer service by a long shot. And the shipping is super fast and cheap. What more could you ask for?

Update: Problem was with the previous owner. Steve, the new owner is extremely courteous, reasonable, and professional. He handled the problem I had swiftly: highly recommend this vendor.

The owner of the website, Amanda, and I had gotten to know each other decently well. I spent t quite a bit of money with her and the website.

Anyways, I had an order shipped to a hotel I was staying at for a few weeks for a business trip. Upon returning, I ordered my usual order. I updated my shopping address back to my home address, but my order was sent to the hotel by accident.

I figured the owner, Amanda, would be understanding and take ownership and responsibility for the error, but instead she had the audacity to say it was my fault because I didn’t write in the order comments that I am back home.SHE OUTRIGHT REFUSED TO RESHIP MY ORDER. Even though I put my home address as the shipping address…

As I became slightly more confrontational, but profesional, she decided to shift the blame to UPS rather than herself. She said UPS sent it to the wrong address. I called UPS to certify this, and like I assumed they said they simply input what address was typed in for the shopping label when created by the sender.

Ultimately, Amanda never refunded me or re shipped my order and I was practically scammed out of several hungered dollars.

This was during a bit of a Tianeptine shortage and it’s sad to see a good vendor decide to screw over loyal customers in times of difficultly.

If anyone would like to see proof or has any doubts of this happening, I’d be more than happy to show the emails between myself and Amanda.

I just received my second order today and I am very pleased with the quality on both orders. I had a delay this order due to shipping but I emailed fantiastic because I was worried I have had a couple bad experiences with other vendors. To my surprise I was emailing back within minutes. The product is good quality and the customer service is on point as well.

These guy's have the best Tia on the market and its definitely pure. You have to be wary with vendors nowadays because some of them cut their product, these guys do not!

Customer service is the best around (no joke) and they will answer you almost instantly. They ship your product almost as soon as you put your order through and they have a vast amount of shipping options.

They also have a vast amount of payment options which makes ordering relatively painless and simple. I love how I can use Chime to pay 🙂

I was very weary to switch to Fantiastic from my other vendor becuase of how cheap they were but I'm glad I did and I'll never look back. Try them out and you won't be disappointed, guaranteed 🙂

Just don’t do the free shipping or else your package won’t come in for a month. They have done this to me four times already and I’m officially done with buying from this source. Trust me, Tianeptine withdraws suck, and hate having to keep putting up with it
