If you're not buying your food from farm-direct, you're probably spending more on supplements, medicine and gym membership than you have to. Eating organic, farm-to-fork, nose-to-tail whole foods, including making your own bone broths, occasionally having liver/kidney etc, is the healthiest decision we ever made. Highly recommended!

I've been using Farm direct for 2 years now. I love the ability to select a seasonal box or order from the menu exactly what I need for the week. I've tried other fruit & veg box services - and their ethos appeals to me the most because it's British seasonal produce. They are environmentally conscious for doing it this way, and their delivery service in my experience is better than the others I've tried - because they always enable live tracking of when you delivery will arrive.

I’ve been impressed with Farm Direct—not only for the high quality of their products, which are always fresh and top-notch, but especially for their customer service. Even in difficult or unexpected situations, the team goes above and beyond to accommodate and find solutions. Their communication is clear and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find a business that cares this much about both their products and their customers. Highly recommend!

Quality of the food that comes is outstanding. Customer service is great, pricing is very reasonable, and any opportunity to support the farming community is a huge win. Will continue to use as much as possible and move away from supermarkets.

Love this company! It’s a small operation, but they have so many great products, the veg boxes are amazing value, and they’re just really nice & trustworthy people to deal with.

It's been a great experience since I started using this service. I don't live near a farm, so order from Farm Direct, easy to do on line. Huge selection of products to choose from. Delivery turns up on time in the given time slot. Driver is always cheerful and helpful since I can't lift anything heavy he puts it in my kitchen for me. Had a few experiences where product has not been available but the bill is adjusted accordingly.
All round an excellent service I highly recommend.

The produce was ripe and over ripe. It had to be consumed the same or next day. It wasn't great quality. It doesn't compare either with the fruit and veg market stall or the supermarket.

Order was delivered promptly and efficiently. The website is rather poorly laid out. I would appreciate an option that allowed you to buy without setting up an account (guest checkout). It took a long time to do this and to pay. Otherwise, fine.

Amazing Service and Outstanding Quality!

I've been ordering for months now and I absolutely love it! The produce is always fresh, tasty, and top quality. As a member, I get to choose which vegetables and fruits I receive each week, which is such a great feature. The service is consistently fantastic, and I really appreciate the minimal packaging – it's almost non-existent! I’m so happy with this experience and highly recommend it!

These are lovely people - truly local and caring. I've been ordering from them for years. If you live in North London and want to support a genuine outfit then these are your guys!

Just looking for somewhere to give these guys a good review--I switched to farm direct after getting tired of services that were more "box" centric (they also provide boxes, but I've done my own order so I can get what I want). They carry my preferred brand of hummus, the drivers are lovely, I don't end up with additional packaging to recycle (I meet the drivers and take the produce directly into my own bag), rarely when something is damaged they're very good about giving you a refund, and the produce is genuinely good.

Can’t rate them highly enough. Great quality, reasonable prices, eco friendly and great customer service. I recommend to all my friends
