I don't know if this website is a con, or they are just extremely bad, but I never received the two pairs of Jeans I ordered and ended up having to open a case with PayPal to get my money back. If you're reading this, I wouldn't recommend you buy from them.

Ordered some Jeans on 27th March. Still not received them by 10th April. No Tracking e-mail sent.
No reply to E-Mail, WhatsApp or Numerous Phone Calls. Absolutely shocking customer service. Don't know if I will ever recieve my order!!

Seems like a scam… no one to speak to on the customer service team… incredibly late delivery…. Not even sure how to send it back…

Words of warning - stay well clear! Order placed for 'In Stock' items 16 days ago, payment processed, order not processed, order not delivered. I have received two reply emails, neither of which addressed the status of my order.

I bought some Tens sunglasses online from Fat Buddha. I am saying the brand because they’re a great company and I don’t think they should be selling with this website any longer.

Upon delivery, realised I’d been sent the completely wrong glasses wrong shape and lens colour. They had clearly been taken out of the box also, because the travel pouch was a crumpled mess - so I don’t know if they’ve been switched accidentally and the order wasn’t checked.

Disappointed I emailed customer service and explained, offering to take them into the store to exchange them. After this, I realised the sunglasses I ordered were now out of stock on the website so called the store before I travelled over. They did not have the glasses I ordered, they were out of stock. So customer service sent me in to the store to exchange glasses that they didn’t even bother checking were there? I’ve since not had a response to my last two emails to Aime so I just have the wrong glasses and I’m out the money. Awful customer service - please avoid.

There are clearly so many fake, planted or solicited positive reviews here. This company is truly awful. I've been waiting weeks on a reply - emails and messages have been ignored. I was never given the tracking number, the goods never arrived and the refund that I asked for (within their own terms and conditions) because of that, has never been paid back to me. Not sure they know how this whole customer service thing is supposed to work. I ended up having to do a charge back... At this rate of complaints that they receive, it starts to look deliberate and then it's something else that's much more serious than just awful service.

First class service. Speedy despatch and notification and the product was well packaged. They are a great firm to do business with.

Online orders have taken literally days, sometimes weeks to be processed (even for supposed priority orders) and there is little to no reply to emails. Management staff in store have been rude and even borderline verbally abusive to staff, and show no professionalism. Wanted to support a local independent but would never go back to such a shamefully run store.

I needed a good skin colour spray paint. Found fat Buddha via a google search. Very happy with the quality of the paint and customer service. Ordered on the Tuesday afternoon and it was on my doorstep 400 miles away on Thursday lunchtime. I really like the complement slip and colour swatch attached to the parcel, but I won’t say why, as I don’t want to spoil the nice little surprise you get. You will have to order something yourself to find out why. This is my second purchase and won’t be my last. Definitely my go to place for quality spray paint. Definitely recommend.

family owned business, clean delivery, no issues! and the vegetarian haribos were a treat :D honestly would order from here again as the value was the best, also glad to know that my product has warranty with the official brand as this store is verified!
