Like the hoodie I bought. Just what I wanted

Item arrived broken with what looks like too much pressure from internal packaging. Nil response from vendor when raised.

Good fit and quality of embroidery is good. Bit disappointed with the colour of thread used though. What should be 'gold' is a light, insipid yellow, so it looks like it was embroidered years ago and its been left in the sun.

Have purchased 2items for my husband and they are both outstanding good quality and embroidery is excellent would highly recommend

2 items purchased. Both good quality and arrived in a timely manner. Purchased as a present for an ex member of Blues and Royals. Will look again at anniversary times.

My initial order of two custom hoodies were 50% correct, 1 hoodie had the wrong unit crest on. However after sending pictures and explaining the issue they were quick to fix and send a replacement out. The Hoodies overall are great quality, with some fine embroidery indeed.

Note: it would be ideal to have the option to place the British Veteran logo on the left arm instead of the chest, while still placing your actual countries flag on the right arm still

I was very happy with the product but very unhappy that the French charged me €22 tax/ admin in additional cost to receive my package. Therefore unfortunately I won’t be ordering from you again.

On 3 December, I ordered a 3 PARA hoodie for my ex-para son-in-law. It arrived three or so days before Christmas, and although it bore the beautifully embroidered parachute regiment wings, it was missing the three bars below.
It's impossible to contact FatChimp by phone, so I engaged with a LiveChat to explain. The response I got was that there was nothing they could do and they were sure my son-in-law would be delighted anyway. I responded that the item was not as I had ordered, and was then told that they could give a 10% discount. I tried to press the point but the Chat went dead.
I immediately emailed FatChimp using the Contact Form, asking if I could return the item for refund. I had no response, and then discovered their offices were closed from 21 Dec to 8 Jan. To this day (16 Jan) I have still heard nothing! 😠😠
I gave my son-in-law the hoodie at Christmas, and of course he was pleased. But battalion pride is strong, and being part of the 'Gungy Third' is a key part of his history. So immediately after Christmas I crossed my fingers and ordered a T-shirt for his birthday at the end of Jan. It arrived unexpectedly yesterday (I had not had the promised dispatch advice nor tracking details), and it's correctly and splendidly embroidered for 3 PARA.
So, I really don't know how to rate FatChimp. I guess that if you get what you ordered, you'll be very happy. But if you ever need to contact them for help, you'll be in for a big disappointment. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

The product itself was fabulous and my partner was so pleased with it. However, I ordered it on 8th December and it didn’t arrive until Christmas Eve, by which time, I was panicking as it was a present for Christmas Day.
