As a previous customer all I have had has been great. The quality of the clothing and the embroidering is great never had a problem with wear and washing. The team are helpful with requests to make your order that bit more personal and are very quick and helpful to rectify any problems. My last order was a Cheltenham Jacket embroidered with the KOSB regimental badge for a good friend for Xmas. All I can say it arrived within time and my mate is over the moon with it. So thankyou very much Fat Chimp you cracked it again.

After paying for service and sending two emails to enquire for the product I am yet to receive a response. However I later received message from the delivery company on the date and time and yet it wasn’t delivered and no note why delivery failed.

Also there is no telephone contact to reach out to Fatchimp on the website.
