I ordered a putter head cover from this outfit. Other than being condescending, unprofessional and tardy the owner has no understanding of how to run a business. Communication is almost non existent and language used towards a partially sighted veteran is inconsiderate at best. I had also ordered something from his sister company which I cancelled when I found it was owned by the same person. He refuses to answer emails and has left me with no alternative other than contacting them consumer ombudsman. Avoid at all costs

Update: as previously mentioned it’s the order from your sister company that you refused to communicate with me about. It’s interesting that after the 15 emails you have ignored, you finally answered and actioned the refund only after a negative review and being reported to my credit card company. The customer service is terrible and the company seems to be a hobby so don’t expect any form of professionalism.

Update: the trust review was written at 17:49 today and the refund was actioned today at 18:22 today not days ago as you claim. If you had answered the original cancellation email on the 20th October then none of this would be written. It’s hilarious that the only way to get you to respond is a negative review on trustpilot

As has always been the case when ordering from Fat Chimp, the transactions recently made were drama free concluding in excellent products. Their communication was first class and very reassuring.

Whereas the design on the t shirt was what I wanted I was disappointed in the quality of the picture I purchased it in what I reasoned was good time for my sons’ birthday it turned up 2 days after the day
