Thanks again to the Fawkes-cycles team getting DT Swiss rim, hub and other accessories delivered in good time especially over a bank holiday weekend.
All arrived well packaged and undamaged. All items also well priced.

I found the ideal accessories for my bicycle at this store, and they fit flawlessly. The delivery was secure, and I received my complete order, ensuring a smooth and convenient shopping process.

This bike accessories store is a hidden gem for cyclists. They offer a diverse selection of accessories, from saddlebags to cycling apparel, all of which are of excellent quality.

Dont use if you want your email questions answering in a timely manner or want to resolve a customer issue, simply hide behind T&C's (poor service)
Even lowered the price of the item i purchased by £100 a matter of days after i ordered it too

The price for the part I ordered was as good as £40.00 cheaper than most and they replied to emails straight away,if I was to quibble they could be a tad quicker on despatch time,but definitely will use them again

I bought some expensive cycling shoes that didn’t quite fit, initially exchanging them for the next size up and then returning them for a refund when I realised that they just weren’t suited to my feet. The initial despatch was fast and the delivery prompt; the exchange was processed smoothly and the refund was processed quickly and without any difficulty. The whole experience was good and I would certainly use again. They will now be one of the first that I check for products.

First time I placed an order with this business and it was a gift for my family, later there was concern if the item would fit onto the bike, the customer service from Fawkes to cancel the order was friendly, quick and just generally appreciated. My family are keen cyclists, so I will now try and order anything I can from this business based on this helpful and friendly interaction!

Absolutely brilliant service, I ordered some wheelchair tyres for a friend, they were dispatched the following day, unfortunately they got lost in the delivery system and were delayed, so I called Fawkes Cycles and got straight through to a human, no menus or chatbot just straight through to a human. The assistant was very helpful and said she would raise a query with Evri and if nothing happened in a couple of day call back. Well nothing updated on the tracking, so I called back an they said they'd send out another set of tyres, low and behold, within an hour of this conversion I received an email saying the original tyres were out for delivery, so I called back and cancelled the replacement tyres, they were so helpful and understanding, thank you for a brilliant service

Used Fawkes for the first time recently. Have a great range of 'Italian' parts like Campag and Deda.
Flawless website, ordering , delivery and prices.
Dealt with a return quickly too.

Bought two Continental Gatorskin tyres hoping they would be very puncture resistant after a bad run of flat tyres. Despite previous great experience with Gatorskins this time I was very unlucky and got a blackthorn puncture on my first ride out!

Even through this couldn't be a warranty claim against Continental, Fawkes Cycles offered me either a replacement tyre or some spare inner tubes as compensation. Exceptional customer service.

I had a problem with compatability between an ebike and a Seca light. Fawkes were great and their communication excellent and refund when it became apparent the issue couldn't be solved was prompt and included postage. Really nice guys and thoroughly recommended.

Ordered a tyre that was meant to be in stock but wasn't so they had it shipped direct from supplier so I still got it within 24hours.
Quick replies to queries and good customer service, will use again.

Fawkes Cycles were really quick to ship my order and with great communication.
Unfortunately when my order arrived there was a small tear in the inner tube but Guy was really quick to respond and send out a replacement, perfect!
Would recommend and will buy from again.

The problem was resolved after a couple of phone calls, the aftersales never replied to my email but its ok i managed to talk to someone who was very helpfull.
