Wonderful product, ZERO customer care.

I have used this company for several years, love their product. However, I sent a general enquiry via their FB page in July, received the auto reply saying they’d get back to me….nothing. Sent a follow-up in mid September….nothing. Commented on a FB post a few days ago chasing a response…it’s been deleted. Absolutely baffling, for what was intended as a quick question, I am now left not wanting to continue supporting your business due to your blatant disregard of your customers. It seems from other reviews I am not the only one, what a shame, such an avoidable outcome, be careful, I won’t be the only one taking their business elsewhere.

Lost item - zero response from customer service

My item has gone 'missing' in the post and no one is getting back to me from Feather and Down to try and solve this issue. Horrendous customer service - complete radio silence. I've technically paid for a product that I haven't received......as far as I'm concerned that is theft. If someone would like to get back to me I am ready and waiting.

Great products. Room for improvement on feedback.

I love their products so much. They're relaxing and feel like a real treat. However the reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the stone set with the essential oils wasn't really that great. I know the aroma is meant to be subtle but I really didn't pick anything up unless I shoved my nose in the box. Also I got emails about reviewing the products so I could give feedback only for the links to go nowhere. So I do find the feedback options lacking. However all the other products of theirs I've had have been really good. Hopefully they'll take the feedback on customer service on board.

I use the entire range of Feather and…

I use the entire range of Feather and Down products and have done for some time. They are made by Creightons whose skincare products I also use and find to be excellent value as well as being products that work.
Unfortunately whilst the products are wonderful, their customer service is diabolical. My husband bought me one of each of their gifts from Amazon for Christma. I had a query a few months later so emailed them and filled in the contact form as well as attempting to contact them on various social media channels. I had NO reply at all. As someone else stated: customer service is very important and it really turns me off a company when they offer no product support of aftercare. It's also extremely unprofessional.

Great product but zero customer care

The two stars are because I really like their product.
However they get zero for customer service. I am saddened by this as it has put me off them completely. I have sent a few emails / contact form enquiries but literally hear nothing back. Ever. Customer care is as important as the product and its a shame this isn't a philosophy shared by this company.

I think these products are fantastic

I think these products are fantastic. Pillow spray is probably the nicest one I’ve ever used, I’ve tried a lot! I must also say the customer service is excellent - I was sent a product within my order and the atomiser wasn’t working, quick email to them and a replacement sent within days.
Super service… thank you!

Delivering products straight from their range you can see in stores like Boots - fantastic quality toiletries/cosmetics at a reasonable price with cheap delivery direct from the source. Can't complain.
