I recently purchased a water boiler from FWC and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The water boiler heats up water quickly and efficiently, making it easy for us to prepare tea and other hot beverages. Solid 5 stars!!

I recently bought a snack machine from FWC and I'm impressed. It arrived in great condition, is well built, and offers a good variety of snacks. Customer service from FWC has been excellent as well. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a quality snack machine

We needed coolers for an event after our suppliers fell through last minute, the guys could not have been more helpful and pretty much made the impossible happen for me by getting coolers sent out ready to go overnight. Although it's not a service they usually offer, after they head my predicament they were so helpful and found the perfect solution for me with items they happened to have in storage. Everyone I have spoken with has been insanely lovely and made the entire process very simple. Would happily work with them again.

FWC have supplied our office with cold filtered water, coffee and hot chocolate for almost 3 years now. Nothing is too much trouble and the machines receive regular servicing to check they are running perfectly. Thanks again

We had an overal good experience with Filtered Watercoolers. Harkesh was very polite and helpful! Sadly, there is need for improvement in terms of commuincation. I emailed 1 day asking when an engineer would be arriving to be told we will keep you updated. 1 week later, a random engineer arrives. It would be good to know this in advance to plan staffing etc. Also VAT wasn't added onto an invoice so it wasn't paid, so this held up the service sometime. But the service we did receive was to a good standard.

Speedy delivery but suffered from poor communication at first.

The delivery arrived without communication and we weren't home, which meant it was sat Infront of our front door for a while before somebody came home.

Then multiple calls and emails had to be sent to find out about the fitting, once I got through to the right employee, good communication was received and the fitting went smoothly.

Overall I'd be happy to use them again.
