Amazing workmanship. Helpful instructions and labelling. Beautiful piece of wood.

Good delivery time frame and it was clear on website the lead time.

Great price too

I ordered the Waney Edge Straight oak fire surround with Italian rigel marble hearth and back panel. The customer service and installation were both excellent and I was so pleased that it was possible to adapt the dimensions of the surround, which is against a flat wall, to give sufficient depth for an inset fire to be fitted. I am thrilled with my beautiful fireplace and would highly recommend this company.

I ordered the rustic curved corbel heritage oak mantel and shelf, it was made to measure and I can't fault the service provided by deaigner fireplaces. It is a very beautiful mantel and I am over the moon with it.
Customer service was excellent, I asked a lot of questions and Tilly was very patient with me.... delivery was also very quick.
Would definitely recommend to anyone and I would buy from them again.

Excellent products, service & costs.
We’ve had 2 fires installed now & both are amazing quality. Fitters were prompt , professional & experts in all aspects .
Would highly recommend

I have no hesitation in recommending these folks. Although I found so many choices overwhelming at first, I was guided through the choices by a very experienced and helpful adviser and ended up with a design I was very happy with. I can strongly recommend using their fitting service. The fitter was friendly, tidy and clearly very knowledgeable. Very happy overall!

Designer fireplace disregarded my review with a false statement that communication was exchanged via email
This is not true! It was a telephone conversation
That took place between the advisor and myself
The company’s false and fabricated reply to try and uphold company’s reputation? By falsifying The actual form of communication ? Which took place!
My comments are truthfull and accurate.
The response from this company actually exposes them as dishonest and totally un -able to truthfully acnowlege shortfalls of their advisor.
The public can read between the lines they are not fools?
The sequence of communication and flow of questions and answers was obviously spoken over the telephone and not email or should I suggest several fabricated emails would have had to have occurred
To have covered questions answers and reply’s which I stated😂😂😂😡😡

I am very happy with my purchase. Checked the full dimensions with the company before purchasing to make sure it was right for me. Product was exactly as described.
We had a few challenges putting it up due to our uneven chimney breast but a little bit of adjusting was all that was required.
Good quality and beautiful. Looks wonderful over my fireplace.

I’d had my samples for ages, was looking at other sites but zooming in I opted for this company.
The customer service was outstanding and I love the beam.
I put it up myself with some help to lift it on. Simples!

Helpful and knowledgeable. Was able to pull a package together on our Solution Fire which was competitive

We loved the quality of the wood and the way it looked. Unfortunately there wasn't enough gap left behind the screw holes so we had to route out some extra. We also found the holes had zero tolerance when lining them up, for a professional that's fine but we struggled a bit. We wanted to order the shelves to match but it was too expensive. Everything else was great, thank you.

Good advice given when requested. Product is as expected and looks amazing.

We were so pleased we used Designer Fireplaces. They worked closely with us every step of the way, from carefully measuring the fireplace, to installing our beautful new marble fire surround. We're delighted. Easy to deal with and very helpful.

I needed a bespoke size of fireplace which they made no problem. The fireplace is beautiful and fits perfectly. The service was very efficient and my fireplace was delivered in a few weeks. Delighted with my new fireplace.

Looks great installed and was relatively easy to put up - looks as though it has always been there Quality oak used in manufacture Very pleased with it .
