Renew with them every year because I can't fault the service. Similar price to the big names but I think far better quality of service. I broke down once at midnight. Called and got straight through to an operator and got picked up within 40mins.

Helpful easy to deal with company
After purchasing a car from a dealer the warranty was in the hands of this company who I called to activate the policy. The gentleman was very clear, helpful and patient as I wanted to extend the warranty but was without means of payment at the time. He called back to activate this when he said, explained everything clearly so I knew where I stood with various issues should they arise and made dealing with this company a genuine easy experience which was a complete surprise as you always expect hidden surprises and costs. Would recommend highly to friends and family for sure.

Miss sold a policy that doesn’t actually give me what I need. When talking to an advisor they clearly were not interested in my situation and was ignoring me at the end of the call.

Beware this company do not answer…
Beware this company do not answer phones, respond to emails, I have tried for three weeks now and keep getting the same operator in Orkney he says but cannot deal with any questions, gave me another number but no one ever answers. Don't waste your money here! god help you if you breakdown in the middle of the night. Beware!!
