This is my first experience with this insurance company. While the setup process was straightforward, I found it quite frustrating when trying to contact customer support.

I attempted to call, but regardless of the enquiry, I was redirected to online chat. There doesn’t seem to be a clear option to speak with a real person over the phone.

I understand the move towards digitalisation, but in situations where you need proper clarification, it’s important to have access to human support. At the moment, that option feels very limited.

Hopefully this is something they can improve, as it would make a big difference to the overall customer experience.

This company was charging me £29.99 pcm fr my car insurance,upon renewal they increased the premium to nrly£ 75 pcm,??,had been no change of circumstances or claims whatsover,no justification other than greed.literally daylight robbery.AVOID AT ALL COST.

I’ve had an ongoing motor claim with this insurer for 9 months, and there is still no liability decision.

Despite the circumstances being straightforward (a third party emerging from a side road and colliding with the side of my vehicle), I’ve repeatedly been told that the other insurer is “still gathering evidence.”

After nearly a year, they have not even obtained the other driver’s version of events. There has been no meaningful progress, no clear timeline, and very little proactive communication. Each update feels like delay rather than action.

At this stage, the handling of this claim has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly question whether this insurer is capable of managing straightforward liability disputes efficiently.

Coming up to 14days to this policy and suddenly out of blue” we are canceling due to fraudulent claim” absolute bizarre. Have a phone number-which doesn’t ring,and all the emails come with cyber security alerts,don’t wanna return refund,but yet class themselves as a “legit” company? Make quite you avoid them and report to fraud if ever come across
