I arrived to them through a comparation website (compare the market or confused, I don't remember). It popped-up as the most convenient by far. It was easy to follow all the steps. I hope I can use them for a long time. They even beat the Direct Line price for almost 50%. Therefore I switched from DL to them.
Edit: they do not offer the suspension of the car policy, therefore I reduced the overall score to three stars. I might reduce it further if I have to cancel it and they will not refund me the remaining months of the policy

Haven't needed to claim so limited dealings with them, however I am searching for new quotes ready to renew and I am unable to beat their renewal quote! I've searched across all comparison websites so very impressed and looks like I will be sticking with them for another year :)

The whole process was ever so simple. Why would you do it any other way. Very clear to understand everything and few clicks and bam you are sorted.

I needed confirmation of my NCB as I didn't receive a pdf of it via e-mail when I cancelled my policy due to selling my vehicle. The customer representative, Lukho who I spoke to via online chat promptly helped me with this!

Lukho is what all customer service advisors should be like, able to assess the query and handle it in a quickly and timely manner.

So far I am pleased, simple user friendly process, payment and access to most important documents. Overall pleased.
I would have liked to see easier access to breakdown and admin, claims contacts and emails to ease burden on live support.

Although mine was complex as I have been driving a company car for 35 years so hadn't needed to insure 2 cars previously yours was the easiest to use to explain this.

For new customers great I took my initial insurance out in December 2025.
Changed my car, they wanted more than I paid initially for changing over for 8 months cover.
Going back ax as a new customer it’s much less and as expected for 12 months cover. I then cancelled my first policy. After they contacted me and asked why I was leaving they then after I asked removed the £67 cancellation fee prior to agreeing to my refund.
I doubt I will reinsure when due for renewal.
