All fine except the luggage allowance unclearness. The weight of the allowance should be mentioned. Otherwise easy and simple to make the web booking.

Recently booked an all inclusive break.
Due to the outbound flight being late, we actually missed our first evening meal. Then due to the time of our pickup for our inbound flight, we had to miss our last free lunch. So all in all, out of 4 days of all inclusive we were curtailed to just over 3 days!
No hint of compensation from them, nothing!
Having spoken with First Choice/TUI, they surprisingly said `it was quite common for the meals either side of hotel transfers to be missed'. Really?
Perhaps this is something that should be added to your online brochures?
And for future prospective travellers to bear in mind before booking?
May I add, that having travelled quite a lot in recent years, I've not encountered this problem with any other holiday package company!
And their flights are far more punctual!
Furthermore, our inbound flight was 2.5hrs late taking off. So in total we were at the airport for over 4.5hrs after arriving by transfer, with only a minor apology, and then limited food available on the flight home. Our outbound flight was 1hr late.

Analysis by air travel analytics firm AirAdvisor which tracks on‑time performance on thousands of flights found that only 57 per cent of TUI's services took off and landed within 15 minutes of their scheduled times, placing it at the bottom of the UK punctuality rankings!
No doubt, there'll be a repy to this critique usually made up of lengthy spurious waffle and denial!

We booked a group reservation one year in advance to ensure we could get accommodation. Five months later, we received a call stating that due to contract issues, we could no longer have the hotel (which the provider still advertises as available) — suspicious! They offered lesser and cheaper accommodation, which, following consultation with the other members of the traveling party, was not acceptable. First Choice was then contacted again, resulting in them confirming we could keep the original hotel and booking as there was a contract in place with the accommodation. We were happy with the resolution until that same evening, we were recontacted to say we once again couldn't have the original accommodation, and the reserve accommodation was also not available to us. No resolution and a total lack of communication regarding what First Choice intends to do. Inconsistent information, lack of due process, and questionable service. The saga continues... wish us luck, as we will need it when dealing with this company.

A very easy process from start to finish. Good clear information on the hotels, their locations and amenities. Love the 'availability' feature which shows the best prices throughout the month.

Paid £82 for 4 seats(return) from Newcastle to sharm. Upon payment confirmation, they have decided to randomly change our seats to end of isle seats ( paid centre and window to sit next to each other) didn't notify me until I checked in and now I cannot change them. I managed to change the return seats but still to not where we wanted to sit. I am extremely annoyed and stressed, paying that much money for something which we have not received. I have screenshots of the originally selected seats then the change that they have made (with NO warning ) happy to take the payment though! Not a happy customer.

Booked a last minute holiday package just before October half term. Brilliant website and easy to navigate and filter. Got a great deal, ease of booking and the customer service was outstanding with representatives calling me a week before to check my flights and booking. I felt like I had a concierge at my disposal. Everything went smoothly, the TUI hotel was amazing and all the transfers were brilliant. I will absolutely be recommending and booking with First Choice again. Thank you for making everything so easy.

Was a disaster from the beginning as booking failed and had to wait for phone call to book - then when paying the balance again the system was unavailable and had to phone for a link- Holiday was disappointing as cold food / limited choice of drinks and poor housekeeping - a number of us had food poisoning including myself and although I complained to first choice they dismissed the complaint through lack of evidence although said will investigate further but my complaint is closed- please note AI drinks do not even include rose or sparkling wine definitely not 4* will not be booking again
